Will definitely not recommend, I have a bad experience $1500 my vehicle still wasn’t fix after 6 weeks of back and forth. I really gave him a chance.I will update soon to Let you guys know the outcome. Definitely need some of my money back.

Dont go here I repeat do not go here and this is not personal I gave them a chance and just a bad place to get your car fixed I went for two different cars and never got fixed over 1000.00 dollars of work done and never got fixed for me kept my cars past the time what was said was going to get fixed and nothing and the mechanic that I had was Mike I dont know about those other white dudes but since their more bad reviews I would say for all of them in my option is that their half a## mechanics not even good for simple jobs and surely not even for hard jobs.

I always go by reviews before proceeding with ANY business, but Nooooo My brilliant hubby goes to this establishment and when I asked him what were the ratings he says I didnt need to check becz they LOOK professional/ they LOOK officially certified. (Me:🤔 professional huh?Man plz😂😂😂) Welp lets just say Hubby went thru 4days without a car, 4 Ubers, to HELL and back trying to get these people to fix what they claimed to have to fixed the 1st time, but the trans is STILL LEAKING! Our only car is still fukd up and now more than ever. Im not the 1 to say I told u so and rub it all in ones face. All I can do is smh. But cmon man..who doesnt live off reviews nowadays? EVERYBODYS DOIN IT!. If youre not; then hey good luck, peace n blessings..Ive been drilling him about reviews and how important it is, but like he used to tell me a hard head makes a soft ass Whose ass is soft now? I am very comfortable taking my car to Woodys. Ive never had any problems with the mechanics there. They have been fair and honest with me when it came to fixing my cars. I would recommend them to anyone.

Looking for a decent auto shop please do not go to Woodys. I had my car there to get repairs to the engine and these incompetent individuals lost my key and stole items out my car. Had to have it towed to Nalley Hyundai dealership to get repairs and had to pay for another key. Woodys took his sweet time to reimburse me the money for the keys that his associates lost, I had to go up to his shop almost everyday just to receive my money. If youre looking for a good mechanic shop Woodys is not the place.

Other than Rob Timberlake being one of the best mechanics in the area, Rick (the owner of Woodys) is the absolute worst transmission mechanic Ive ever dealt with.Its going on 5 months from the time he took my vehicle in to repair/fix my transmission (he was paid in full on March 29, yet my truck is still there.I call daily and make at least 3 trips to check on my vehicle weekly and every day a different excuse. The most unprofessional person who owns a business as he or his representative will never call to give you an update...youll have to call him and youre lucky if someone answers the phone.I will not and can not recommend Woodys transmission to fix anyones transmission at all.However, for general repair of other vehicle issues, I highly recommend Rob Timberlake for all of your automotive needs, its just unfortunate that he works there.

My transmission went out in my car in October, took it to Woodys and was told it would be there for a week. A month and a half later, I finally got my car back. Had it for a month and just had to have it towed back to the shop because it broke down again! Due to the transmission having issues! Its the most frustrating process with some of the most unprofessional and unqualified mechanics out there. I highly recommend taking your car elsewhere. Because Woodys does not get the job done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!Im not saying this because Im mad, Im saving you a total nightmare of an experience. All of the posts about them keeping your car for 3 months or longer are TRUE. They absolutely will. They did it to us. Claimed everything under the sun as to why its not done yet. Messed up wiring while rebuilding transmission and now it has a whole separate issue it didnt have before. Had to tow it to another shop after they had it for over 3 MONTHS! Unbelievable!!! They even had the nerve to say we were calling too much....lol. Biggest joke in auto repair right here folks. Oh and Google theyre BBB listing. They have several unanswered complaints through them as well.

My husband got his transmission fixed there about a month and now one month later the transmission blew out in the car again, I normally dont put companies down but this is the worst transmission shop EVER, they keep your car for weeks, you call them and they act like they dont know what the hell is going on. Now this second time around they have the car for almost 2 weeks.

I had to take my car back 3 times for them to install my transmission properly. It took them a month to fix it each time and it is still leaking fulid. I spent $3k and my car is still not fixed. This shop is not worth the 1 star. I feel completely ripped off!

PSA. This is the WORST place ever! They take 2-3 months to change out a transmission. They give you every excuse in the book about why your vehicle is still there.They should be put out of business! I dont understand how they are still operating! They are all very unprofessional and unknowable about whats going on. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED !!!!! Its not even worth 1 star. Worst transmissions shop ever. Fourth time in had to take my truck back on a transmissions rebuild. My truck has been there over a year and a half total. Each time it goes back its there longer

Dont go there!!! They are a complete rip off. Paid 600$ to get my 3rd gear repaired and left out with a completly teared apart transmission.i tooked it back and it stood in the lot for 4 weeks without being repair( currently filling a sue). Recommend going to main street transmission!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE is a rip off, I went there to get my transmission rebuilt, they are so shameless and unprofessional I got my car back and it had the same problem, they say to have 1 year guarantee but is not good because they never fix it properly, they kept my car for almost 3 months and never got it right I decided to take it to AAMCO and they got it fixed with in two days. while I was waiting for an answer at the shop one day a man came in furious because they did the same thing to him where they just take you money and pretend they fix it, later though a friend I found out that they been doing this for a while and I personally know several people they ripped off, needless to say I wasted my time and money with these people.

TERRIBLE!!!! Set behind shop entire time. Got my car and it was worst then when i brought it there. Alternator bad and radio blown. Nothing was done. Lied to time after time.
