I have recently bought a new BMW SUV and the dealership had made prior arrangement to get the breaks changed out. When we went that evening too pick up the vehicle it didnt take but about driving a block from the store and I pulled my husband over to tell him they are not worse however on the other hand they defiantly are not any better 😠. Needless to say it was a Terrible first time experience and I had had really hi hopes for them.

We are visiting my dad for Thanksgiving from Orlando and our car broke down while we were out for dinner. We towed the car Friday night to Good Year Auto Service in Union City and they took us in Saturday morning. Fixed the belt and we will be able to be on the road back to Florida as planned. We cannot be happier with the service they have shown us. Jamie Bing was very good to us and made sure our family would be safe in the road. Thank you, Jamie, for your amazing customer service.

Had an engine problem come up with my spark plugs and they worked my in right away. Although I did have a bit of a rude experience with one of the mechanics, Jamie got my car fixed up as soon as he possibly could. Would reccomend, regardless of the corporates politics as it does not reflect the stores as a whole.

We have been doing business with the Goodyear service center for years and in that time we have not had anything less than great service. The staff is most knowledgeable and very courteous as well. I own a business myself and strive to give great customer service and I know good service when I see it and I expect no less from anyone else and these guys do a awesome job I would highly recommend them to anyone. This store should be a model for any Goodyear service center.

I very seldom write reviews, often our lives are just too busy. Today is a day I need to write one. We were visiting my wife’s family in Union City, TN for Thanksgiving. On Friday evening we decided to take two cars to Missouri for a dinner at Lambert’s, over an hour and a half away. On the way home, just before 6pm my Yukon died and I pulled off to the side of the road. The thought of getting my family back to Union City as well as leaving Saturday afternoon to head back to Florida had me a bit rattled. Nothing we can’t handle. It was more of a timing issue. Scrambling to see how to get towed over 60 miles and to actually find a place to take care of the vehicle before our return to Florida. I called Goodyear and a man answered the phone. Even though I know it was their quitting time on a Friday night I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised at the care and sincerity in his voice on our well being and how he could help us. His name is Jamie and right away he gave me what he thought the issue could be and let me know they would look at it first thing in the morning. They opened at 7:00am so I called at 7:30, cuz I didn’t want to be “that guy”. Within 30 minutes of opening he and his team have diagnosed the issue and has the part on the way. Within another hour it was fixed and ready to go. Yes, this is a long review but context is everything. And I needed to share the whole story. Traveling can be stressful and your ride that has to get you back home over 1000 miles away let’s you down amps that stress 100 fold. I can’t thank Jamie and his team enough. If you need anything auto related in or near Union City, TN, don’t hesitate to give them a call. They’ll treat you like family, if not better. 😀

I work out of town I live in Olive branch Mississippi we are working on the new Williams Sausage factory in Union City Tennessee. These guys at Goodyear auto service are the absolute Best. My alternator went out And they treated me like I was family. They absolutely 100% gave me the absolute lowest price in town. This store did not honor an appointment made online When I came back after setting up a new appointment in person, the oil change and tire rotation took over an hour

Jamie was great the whole team at this store was excellent I was traveling from st louis Missouri to union city Tennessee and Trenton tn to see family yesterday and got outside of union city and my rear tire picked up a nail on the road way it was down to 21 psi and losing air fast so I stopped and put air in it at the gas station and before i could get up the road good I seen it losing more air so I called the good year store and jamie told me to bring it in right away and even though they was closing in 30 mins them guys fixed my tire and got me back on the road I was very happy and grateful I went to pay them and he said no charges so I was very happy way to go good year team .......thanks again guys

Horrible Service: Service Manager, Jamie, was extremely rude when I brought in my car today for a low tire. I have purchased tires from this location for over 30 yrs and am a former Goodyear Tire and Rubber employee and have never been treated so rudely. I will no longer patronize this location. I will also strongly encourage my community not to patronize this location. I called and was treated cordially by Kevin and told there would a maximum an hour wait. When I arrived 2 minutes later, Service Mgr Jamie, rudely informed me that I would have to wait 3 hrs just to check my low tire. This is not repair. I find it reprehensible since 3 gentlemen including the manager are sitting at the service counter. I encourage all not to patronize this store! I also have the tire protection plan.

Coming from out of state we unfortunately got a flat, after trying two other shops, one not having the tire size and the other, being Walmart, was very rude and unprofessional along with a long wait time, after a call to this good year service center he assured me they would have it all taken care of within a half hour and sure enough did, they were the most pleasant and friendly people, making a dire situation just that much more manageable, would absolutely recommend this service center to anyone!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Bought tires from them, they broke an air pressure sensor and wouldn’t take responsibility for it and tried to make me pay for it. Scheduled appointments week in advance and they never honor them or are on time. Wouldn’t go back if they paid me

Tried to get a flat fixed and was told I needed an appointment. Who knows when your going to get a flat ? I have the extra tire guarantee on my Goodyear tires but cant seem to be able to use it. It doesnt look like such of a great value now. Im considering going somewhere else next time.
