Dougs auto repair did work on my breaks when I lost pressure on my breaks. They found the problem and repaired it in one day. I also had them change my break pads and cylinders. They threw in a free air filter. The workers are very professional and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I didnt feel like I was being overcharged which happens in some other places. I will go here for future repairs and checkups.

My mom has been coming to Doug’s for years and when I bought my own car 2 years ago I’ve been coming to Doug’s. I trust him, he do NOT try to rob clients for there money. He will tell you what’s wrong with your car and asks what you want to do. Regardless it’s always your choice what you want to do with your vehicle.

This mechanic is worthless and likes to rip people off. He charged me $950 ($79.99/hr labour) to change the gasket, and control arms that he said was moving the steering wheels while breaking. He returned me the car on same day. Next day i realised the oil from the gasket was leaking and the steering wheel was still shaking. I took the car back to him, he said the gasket he put popped for some reason and did something quick to fix it. But when I told him that the control arm is still moving, he said he cant do anything about it because he dont remember saying that the control arm was moving due to breaking. I was so angry at that point because he started making stories to get away and told me that I need to changed the break in order to fix that problem.I just went to a different mechanic who told me that the previous mechanic didnt even change the control arm on right side which I paid for. He also told me that I was charged three times more for the parts that wasnt even put in my car.Guys your better off going to a different mechanic than being ripped and Fooled by this one.

I bought a set of tires around May 2010 around 120 each a month after one of the two tires had a problem it seems was a manufacturing problem. So I went and ask this guy name Douglas about this problem and he said it was my problem because it has a cut of the side to me it was a bad quality tire so I did not want to argue with this guy so I left with the promised to never come back .Dont get fooled by the look of this guy like I said he looks like a nice guy but he is just another crook.I hope this review will help you .
