Took my 2015 Flex in for warranty rust damage on the roof, they needed to replace the entire roof panel.That was on September 30th.On November 14th they say it is finished and parked out front.When I arrived I had a hard time finding it but there was a similar looking one. I asked Shane where my car was and he said in a purely hateful and loud tone its right there I informed him no and that my flex was grey with a piano black roof. He argued with me for 30 mins and said he was going to get the old roof out of the dumpster to show me.When he arrived back empty handed I told him there was no need because all we had to do was look at the lift gate that still had the factory black paint on the top section. After it finally set in he got mad again and was complaining they would have to take it all apart to paint it again.I told him I did not care and to actually paint it and the hatch so they match.November 21st rolls around and its finally done.The black was standard UA black not the metallic piano black it was supposed to be but whatever.I never recieved an apology and to top it off the cleaning department there is so inept they had to take the car down the street to one of those gas station car washers to clean the pounds of sanding dust inside and greasy fingerprints everywhere.I would avoid this place at all cost.

They did a fabulous job. Kelvin is pretty cool guy over there go see them if you need work done. 5stars from me

Kim, in the intake area was polite, helpful, and friendly.Kevin was very knowledgeable with the cosmetic repairs needed for my vehicle. He was also instrumental in communicating to the warranty company and helping them understand exactly what needed to be done to correct the issues with my car.The estimated time he said it would take for the repairs was on point.I am satisfied with the work that was done!

DO NOT USE THIS COLLISION CENTER!! The absolute worst Ive ever experienced. I highly recommend you finding another facility to take your vehicle. It took a month & a half to get my car back. I was never notified if changes in work or new problems were found. I had to call them weekly & ask was it ready & find out new info. When I finally got my vehicle back the driver side mirror had a residue on it. The estimator told me they would replace it and it would take a month to get the mirror and after 3 months of not hearing from him I went in to see what was the hold up and he didnt know. I was told Id get a call that same day and still havent heard anything. I tried talking to a manager while the process was taking place but was told they didnt have due to changes in staffing. Due to their negligence I was out of over $1,100 in rental fees.

Today makes three weeks since I originally dropped my car off, after patiently waiting with no updates (I had to call weekly and ask the status of my car) I was told it was complete. It was not. They did not fix my car properly, I turned it on and my speedometer wasnt working and multiple lights were on so I had to once again leave it at the shop. I am now once again waiting for my car and not receiving updates unless I call and half of the time they dont even answer the phone. Really disappointed with this collision center, GO ELSEWHERE.

I had my car painted on the drivers side and it came out great. Paint matches perfectly and it was done within twodays.. and the price was very fair.I would recommend 👌 to family and friends. Thxs a million.

Kevin and the staff was awesome. They were very professional and gave the best customer service. Communication was very satisfying and they followed up with me to let me know updates on my vehicle. The whole process was very smooth and I appreciate the great work. I definitely recommend this collision center.

The work on my 2016 Ford Escape Titanium was done very well. My only less than favorable comment is that I shouldve been kept better informed as to the progress of the work WITHOUT me having to constantly call the collision center. I was giving a minimum of 4 dates of completion from Tom at the collision center. Seemed that making apologies was not a natural habit for him. However, I was pleased with the work.

Courteous employees, prompt service (especially considering the vehicle you are bringing in for repairs is not in its best condition) and they warranty their work.They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle every step of the way.I would recommend this AutoNation service center.

I’ve had work done here recently and had no problems at all. I can’t say the same about my last visit for my personal vehicle. My paint color was a little off, door panels was not seated correctly, head light area stays wet(moist)now, and they forgot to tighten my battery back up so my car went dead 10 mins after leaving the shop

Find another Ford Collision for vehicle repairs. Almost 1 month without my car while repairing and it was not to my standard.They acted extremely non chalant with the issues I explained and the manager was just as rude and non chalant.

The customer service is unacceptable!!! I requested an estimate for work out side of what the insurance company covered. I never received that estimate. They never called to give me a time frame in which they would have my car. They ended up having my car almost 3 weeks for minor damage. I had to have the insurance company call them to get the date that my car would be ready. Upon picking up my car they asked me to sign saying that the work was complete. I asked if they walked with me to make sure I was satisfied, they responded, well if you want me to. Overall the work was satisfactory but the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! I wouldnt recommend this place.

The staff communicated with me throughout the time frame needed to repair my vehicle. My car was repaired as expected. Quick and reliable. I had one issued with tire sensors but it was quickly repaired at the service center. Great Service!!!!

They don’t communicate the way they should when they are doing a service for you. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just because autonation is attached to it doesn’t mean the service will be better. Don’t go there.

If I could give a zero I really would. Horrible customer service and they do not take care of you vehicle. They will make you vehicle worse than it was when they got it. I would never recommend them. GO to Classic Collision on Buffington they are amazing!

Though I am pleased with the quality of service provided towards my vehicle, I am not pleased with the quality of service provided towards myself. I turned my car over to them on the 16th. 1 week later, on the 23rd, I called to see the status. It was in paint, they told me, and that if it wasn’t finished by today it would be by Monday. I called back on Monday to see, only to be told that it would be another two days. I came in yesterday, the 28th to finally pay and pick up, only to find out that the system was down! After waiting over twenty minutes in which the young lady did little more then dawdle and look at her phone - I had to leave to go to work. It’s ridiculous and this entire process has been so drawn-out. The mechanics at Autonation Collision Center have done a fantastic job, but I cannot say the same for the clerical workers.

The best customer service that I have every had from a auto body shop.

Customer service is horrible... They have had my car for 3 weeks and if i dont call i wont know whats going on with my car.. They keep telling me that they will keep me informed and they dont follow throw... The damage done to my car was Minor...it took 2 weeks for them to receive a door that they say they ordered and its been a week since theyve had it and no one has yet to install it .... Im overly pissed

Poor quality of work and terrible customer service. Travis is young, but tries to make things right. His manager, Mike, is aggressive in nature and lacks basic customer service abilities. Again, if you expect to get what you pay for.... Do NOT bring your vehicle here!
