I moved and needed to switch over my insurance, I don’t remember the ladies name I spoke to but she was super sweet!! We played phone tag most of the morning since I was at work and had to handle customers as well.. but she was awesome! Still new insurance so a 5star for customer service

I have used this company for quite a while. Although I have thankfully never needed the service, it is the customer service that I like the most. Today I made some changes to my policy. I was helped by Mrs Nadig. She was well beyond helpful and even helped my modify my policy to better suit me withnot only increased coverage but lower rates. I highly recommend her. Thanks

Angie King took $189 deposit, told me my insurance would be under $100 per month. My first bill comes out at $162. They canceled my insurance because I disputed it and sent record to the state to suspend my license. Untrustworthy company. Steer clear.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. The company won’t cooperate and neither will the agent at this office. She doesn’t even try to help, and she doesn’t listen to anything we have to say. Just do yourself a favor and get a different insurance company.
