This guy is a thief. Went in for a plan I knew I could afford and he told me its not good enough for NJ insurance. I was told by the State Division of Insurance to get this plan to get back to work.He then refused to sell me this plan because he wouldnt make enough money on it.I had to call the State and have them MAKE him sell me the plan. The woman from the State Division of Insurance spoke to him and he was rude and obnoxious to her, but he was Forced to do his job.He should have his licence revoked.

BEWARE OF RAMIRO ANILLO (FIORENTINO), THIS GUY IS UNETHICAL AND UNTRUTHFUL, HE SOLD ME A POLICY AND WHEN I GOT MY INSURANCE POLICY PACKET FROM THE INSURER IT WAS A WAY CHEAPER INSURANCE AND LESS COVERAGE THAN THE ONE I PAID FOR. I was referred to this agent for a commercial insurance quote, I went to his office and explained exactly what coverage I needed and he gave me a quote for the specific coverage for my business. He gave me the amount I needed to put down and the monthly payments I was going to have on the specific insurance coverage, but when I received my policy from the insurance underwriter it was not at all what I had paid for. At this point in time I went to Fiorentinos office to explain the error, he stated that it was a mistake and that he would take care of the issue. So he then gave me a certificate of insurance stating the insurance coverage that I had paid for and told me to show that to the companies I service until he fixed the issue with the insurance company directly, a week later I went to Fiorentinos office to find out the reason way the insurance still wasnt updated, then he stated that it was out of his hands and he wasnt going to fix the problem and to leave his office if I wasnt satisfied with his service. So I called the insurance company and found out that they dont cover what I paid for and Fiorentino should have known that, so I ended up buying a bogus $14,432.00 policy that I cant use. BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AGENT AND IF YOU DO, HAVE A PROFESSIONAL REVIEW THE POLICY AND MAKE SURE HE GIVES YOU COPIES OF EXACTLY WHAT YOU AGRRED ON FOR COVERAGE AND HE WILL ASK FOR CASH PAY IN C.C, CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPTFRAUDULANT FRAUDULENT FRAUDULENT

It is the worst insurance service that can exist. A bad service. I did not make payments on time and paid them incomplete so that I left myself with a debt of almost 1000 dollars. I would never get insurance with this person again
