Horrible communication. They don’t listen and they aren’t honest. There is no Full Disclosure of information until after the fact. Will Never Recommend this business to anyone I know and will be getting away as soon as possible.

Richard Horton and his team are incredible, plain and simple! Theyre the most passionate insurance agency Ive ever come across. Insurance is about piece of mind and that requires an agency who takes the time to inform you of what youre covered for and why that matters.I personally recommend this agency and love that they can save me so much and be a one stop shop with a bundle package.

Even coming to my home. The service, discounts, birthday cards, covering my son with vehicle and life insurance (no easy feat), and making sure that I remain a satisfied customer. I am very big on great customer service, whether given or received.... Richard Horton has never failed to provide me with EXCELLENT customer service on every occasion. On a particular occasion, he was literally leaving the office and heard the phone ring (one guess who it was?).. he turned around to answer the phone and spent the next hour or so resolving my issue!
