Azer Appliance Repair provided very professional and reasonable service to repair my 14 year old GE dryer. Azer was very quick to respond and diagnose the problem. The belt had broken and my model required a specialize belt. Azer also carefully inspected the dryer and noticed several other minor things that needed to be replaced or repaired. It took about an hour to get the specialized belt and within a short time after he returned, the dryer was up and running perfectly. I think his prices are fair and he gives his honest opinion and recommendations. I priced new dryers and this was definitely the way to go. I highly recommend Azer Appliance and HVAC Repair.

After we realized that our heating was not working, Azer replied to our calling quickly and was able to come to our house on the same day. As our heating unit is in attic, he had no qualm about going up there and was able to resolve it quickly. While he was here, we asked him to service the unit and he did promptly. We appreciate his responsiveness and attentiveness that resolved our problem.

Old Furnace was not heating; read his reviews; paid his service call fee and we determined it the main valve was faulty in that it was letting the pilot light stay on constantly (vs. on demand) as well as open the valve to the main burners. We thought it might be the temperature sensor, but we determined that it was more cost effective to purchase and install a retrofit kit that came with a new valve, sensor, igniter and some additional hardware. It was not cheap and perhaps I could have found the kit for a lower price, but he installed it professionally and validated it was working in a timely fashion. We had to order the kit and it arrive the next day. (service fee waived with repair).

In the last 2 years, Azer has fixed our dryer, advised us on our dishwasher (it cannot be repaired) and just recently fixed our oven. He is on time, honest, and thorough in his work. In January 2016, our Whirlpool Dryer has been used for more then 15 years and suddenly running without heat. We called Azer for help.Azer came and repaired the Dryer very professionally and efficiently. He not only repaired the element unit of the Dryer, but also makes extra efforts to make sure other parts are in good shape.After completing the repair, Azer makes sure the dryer unit is leveled, the venting coil in the back lay smoothly, etc. All things that can help to extend the life of the appliance.He did such a good job, so in October, we asked for his help again with our refrigerator, which was also over 15 years old, and has signs of items that were less frozen solid in the freezer.Monday typically is a very busy day for Azer, but he still makes the time to help. He test the temperature etc. and found the cold control was wearing out. The repair was done very efficiently, now the refrigerator was functioned well.Very happy with the services and would recommend without hesitation.
