The young man was there before 8:00 this morning. My air had frozen up. He checked for all causes but was unable to determine cause but it is working well now.

I had the best experience with the staff at Danny Larcom. I had an emergency with my heater over the weekend and Vicky was able to have a technician to my house by the next morning.

Always answers phone promptly and always returns call if required. Called at noon for service and had unit repaired by next morning. Wife was home alone. She was very happy with techs curtious and profesional manner.I have 15 properties for which I only use Danny Larcom Heating and Air. Great service, price and reponse.

Good service technitchions

Our A/C unit had 3-4 issues that required 3 different trips to our home in the past week to diagnose and fix what was wrong. All three times the technicians showed up when they said theyd be there..Even on Sunday! Professional, courteous, and truly had our best interest in mind. Thats why I call Larcom anytime I have an issue. They get it handled!

I have never been disappointed with their service department. Most of the time it is on the same day that I report the problem. On this visit, my unit had shut off and I had no air conditioning. Their technician Danny quickly found the problem and within less than 30 mi utes, my home was comfortably cool again. I would highly recommend Larcom Heating and Cooling. Diane T.

Anytime I have an issue with my unit they have been quick to get someone out to check it. This year my unit died, and before even trying to sell me a new one they figured out all the issues with the old unit and gave me a cost to repair it, then the cost of a new unit, which gave me the option fix the old or buy a new one. Got a new one and Vickie also gave me all information about financing, and ways to pay for it. I was lucky because I was able to get zero % interest for 60 months. Getting financing and new unit was faster than buying new car.

AC not cooling and on hot, holiday weekend! Recommended by neighbor. Did temporary fix but will make a follow up appt for repairs. Very pleased.

One call letting them know my old central had died and they went into action. I get a call from Mrs Vicky for basic information and she took charge. Calling with the details of the warranty and finance information. All I had to do was say yes. The next morning I get a call from the install guys letting me know they were on their way and what they would be doing and the approximate amount of time it would take. I get a call from them a few hours later letting me know that everything went smooth and what would I like the temp set to. I get home to a nice cool house. All this with one phone call. Highly recommend this company.

Within one hour a a service tech was at the residence I called about and did a detailed inspection of the issue resolving the problem. We will be repeat customers and we highly recommend. Have been dealing with an issue for several years and putting off fixing it. When I finally decided to just replace my entire unit, which was 35+ years old, staff was VERY helpful and up front with me. Very easy to do business with and will again.

I cant believe how badly I was treated. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I spoke with Vicky Cross about getting repair work done on my central unit since the compressor was bad, was assured that it would be an easy fix. The technician came out and billed me $100 to tell me the compressor was bad!They billed me to tell me what I had already told them!They never return calls and belittle people when calling to see why they never called back!
