Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I could not speak to human being. I was sent round and round with a computer, without the option of an operator, and then they would hang up on me. So I could not get help with my refrigerator. I had to go talk to a human technician at an appliance repair shop. Im not surprised theyre going out of business.
The only reason I gave this 1 star is because the service technician was super. Otherwise I would have given ZERO stars. The tech came out, diagnosed in about 5 minutes the problem, changed out a $18.00 part and I was charged $339.04. The labor was $191.84 and the Diagnostic fee was $129.00 - the diagnostic fee was not deducted from the total amount as is the usual custom. I had no other choice for repair as the refrigerator was a Kenmore and no other repair company would touch it. You can be absolutely sure I will NEVER purchase another Sears appliance.
