Absolutely great work, prompt and professional and had the air conditioning back up and running in no time. Will recommend again in a heartbeat.

With my past experience with Devco, I would have given them 5 stars. That was just for maintenance. I would have to rate my experience last year a 1. My heat would only work intermittently. The tech. was out twice, charged me $126 both times. Heat is still not working. He said he couldn’t find the problem.I had no heat and he wouldn’t come out the second time while it was raining, because access to attic was outside. Also, for him to service unit, he wants me to have plywood walkway put in attic.I had to buy a plug-in heater to get by.I am 73 years old, disabled, and still have no heat!

I would not recommend Devco. Although they are inexpensive, I had them give me a quote for an air conditioning unit, they gave me a quote over the phone without ever having seeing my home, and then the guy comes out and is getting ready to do his job, without a permit. I had a home inspector that day that was inspecting my house, and he asked Devco for a permit, the guy was like, I didnt know I needed a permit, how could you be in a line of business for so long and not know how to do your job properly with all the proper paper work? Its best to get a permit to do things right the first time, otherwise you can get fined double or triple for doing work without one. In conclusion, Devco is inexpensive, but I would not trust them for getting the work done correctly.

Devcos office people were very polite and knowledgeable they had me check my filter and my thermostat setting and I discovered my filter was completely full. I put a new filter in my system and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Vicki did way more to help diagnose the problem with my Fujitsu inverter over the phone then she had any right to. They clearly know the meaning of customer service. I am only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because they havent actually come to the house yet (this is more because of me haggling with my landlord and not because of them), but I would strongly encourage anyone to seek their help with their AC systems in Ukiah! Good people and highly recommended!

I called Devco in Ukiah at 10am and by noon (as promised!) the owner himself, Mark, showed up to have a look at my office trailer AC unit. It was making a horrible buzzing and knocking sound. In about an hour, out in the 100 degree hot sun, he had it fixed and my office was livable again. I will publicly recommend this guy to anyone who need AC repair!

Took time off work so we could get our air fixed Technician did not show up at 7am. Went to the wrong job. *facepalm

They dont even deserve 1 star Absolutely ridiculous! These people came didnt even look at the air conditioner only a year old. Said it would cost 5,000$ to repair I asked him for what and he said a new unit. Rip off central. They dont know a thing about air conditioners. Pure lazy idiots looking to rip people off.. Save your money.
