Always top notch treatment when I go here

Took my Mother for her workout/therapy & they are just wonderful. All the employees are just so friendly & upbeat & they just love working with these folks. They help my Mother so much with walking & strengthening her legs. Just a wonderful place!

Super clean, great social distance practice. Plenty of sanitizing agents and stations. Temps taken before entering in.

My trainer did not show me the machines I will be using. They took measurements (took wrong height measurements by having a student using wrong method and since my knees were hurting and bent. I have always been 510 and they said it was 5 9. Later, got my height re-measured and it was 5 10.) and told me to walk the track. I got caught in construction traffic where they would only let traffic by one direction at a time. I called to tell IT Health Olympic Center I would be late. I got there with 10 minutes of the 30 minute session left. My trainer was unwilling to just show me about the machines I would use and how to use them. I wasted 70 mile round trip for nothing. My pain management doctor told me to go back and get my Work Sheet so I could workout at any gym in Henderson Texas rather than drive 70 mile trips each time. I was very dissatisfied with the guidance I received here.

I go to this gym roughly 6 days a week at varying times as the location is extremely convenient for me. The staff is all wonderful and I can trust I am getting good advice from them as they are all certified and are eager to help. The equipment is very clean and well maintained and there is plenty of it for me to be able to get my workout complete. I do wish there was some more weightlifting equipment but there really is not enough room to add additional equipment to the gym.

Love this place wish I could go all the time and the people that work there are every nice. They also have a great pool that you can swim in if you are a member are doing water therapy

If you join the fitness center to swim laps forget it youll never get a lane

REHAB for right leg....fractured all bones on July 19th, 2019....have used this facility multiple times for shoulder surgeries i have had there
