This UPS Store has a great staff. They are very nice and helpful. They have helped my business grow with the ability of having a great place to receive order for my clients. If you need a place for your business to receive packages and business needs, this is the place!!!

I visited this location for the first time today and was pleased in my experience. There was a little it of a line but 3 workers and it moved fairly quickly. I have a hard time wearing a mask due to my health so I was disappointed it was required. I didnt press the issue and maybe if I would have told them they would have understood. All in all, I would go back as it was a good experience and the guy that helped me was very nice.

The lady that helped me this morning was very friendly and efficient at performing her job

Well the post office in Tyler stole my packages and jewelry.naturally apprehensive to try a ups in texas.nevada had no problems.happy to say my package made it and one day early.im going to try them again before christmas.the post office in Texas has lost my respect, identity,clothes etc.

Very Rude worker. I left my reading glasses. I was returning items and couldnt see from the paper which ones was which, the young gentlemen told me the descriptions were on the paper. He saw me struggling to read and offered no help and he seemed so put out that I was taking too much time. I dont know if it was because I dont look my age or what, it doesnt matter. They need to be trained better in customer service, this is not the first time he has been rude to me, this is the one I could not overlook as having a Bad Day!I would appreciate a response from management.

New female worker has horrible attitude. The male manager is great and the other female employee is great too. Need to replace her ASAP!

Customer Service is the absolute BEST! Bea and her staff go way above and beyond for their customers. They know us by name and always have a smile for us. We constantly have packages delivered to them with no issues and enjoy getting text updates to let us know when our deliveries have arrived. Thanks to all your staff. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I normally just post to give bad reviews but This branch deserves the time to give them an applause, they are great, they always help me with whatever I have to do, I forgot to tape the boxes... no problem! I forgot to print the label... No problem! I even think that if you need to return something from amazon and you just bring it they would pack it and ship it for you (maybe). Great Job guys!

They(drivers) stole my packages and then admitted to delivering to the wrong addressIm scared to order online because this has happened multiple times.since my special needs kids need the baby walker that was stolen and im not comfortable ordering another online just for that one to be stolen too im going to lawyer up for mail tampering, and identity impersonation and theft

This particular store has such a great staff! They are always super sweet and considerate and make returning rented books the easiest part of a college students life. I walk in with my books and packing slip and spend less than a minute at the counter buying the box and paying. The store always looks great even with a delivery truck out front hauling packages in and out. All around great experience!

Refused to ship a custom drill bit because the recipient is named ballistic products. Was told they wont ship anything gun related. Not worth arguing about, Ill go elsewhere

The lady was very rude when I came to drop off my package. She was sitting there for 10 minutes until it was almost my turn and then she tried to rush me to see what I needed when I was telling her I was practicing SOCIAL DISTANCING. It was a waste of time going there because she rudely told me they can’t ship my package it has to be took to the post office

Worst company ever. I put a vacation hold on my account and all my packages were still delivered. If you want your packages stolen use UPS.

The lady that works at this location is very unprofessional. I came in to print a few resumes on card stock for my interview and she complained the whole while I was there. Blamed who ever fixed the printer for the fact that she didnt know how to opporate the printer. I was in a rush and she spent most of my time complaining. I wouldnt recommend this location. I went down to the UPS store3615 about 2 miles from this UPS and they were able to supply great and fast service.

This store had the worst customer service I had ever experience especially from a so-called manager who acted unprofessionally by hanging up the phone on me for no reason and being argumentative, when she was justifying her workers incompetence about my package not being in the store when she told me they would keep it at the store. Not only is she unfit for being a manager but working in customer service.

My review is for this store only and for the staff of this store, the staff at this particular UPS store is always friendly when I am needing to ship something via UPS and they are able to get me in an out quickly and professionally. I have never had an issue trying to ship things out from here.

I obviously am not a regular customer since a greeting by name of someone the clerk recognizes is extended when he walked into the store. The only greeting that I receive is Whata your phone number? What a hypocritical double standard that I am only worth my phone number and my money when everyone else has a name. I have a name. Care about me. The only things cared about were to make sure I signed the lawyers disclaimer, which looks like I am borrowing money.

I shipped a package from Wisconsin to myself in Tyler TX. It cost $37 to ship it. When I went to pick up they charged another $10 to receive it. I was not told of any COD when I shipped. Absurd.

Sign and Google say it closes at 6:30 here at 6:10 and doors are locked. :(
