These storage units are located in a super convenient place! Communicating with the owners is super easy, they always answer a simple text message. Clean units and easy to set up! :)

This company is as worthless as they come. DO NOT USE THEM! Go anywhere else for the sake of anything you have. I had a brand new couch and dresser among many other things that had to go straight to the trash. The insurance company they use is not any better. They denied my claim and I lost half of my stuff.

Shady place lost my trust. Go somewhere else!After storing for two months I pulled in to find my lock had been cut and a red lock put in its place. After many hours on the phone to track down the issue turns out another tenant “accidentally” cut off my lock by mistake and management put on their lock to protect my stuff. When I asked why the didn’t call and tell me instead of wasting half my day trying to get them on the phone they said they had tried but I didn’t answer. I didn’t recall having any missed calls and asked if they left a message. They said no, shrugged, and left.Even the most basic common sense could’ve prevented hours of anger and frustration, and wasting everyone’s time, but they just couldn’t be bothered. This place absolutely isn’t worth it.**Update**Its worth pointing out that the reply to this review stating they want to make it right is more theater than actual intention. I repeatedly gave my contact info to their customer service as well as filed my complaint with them requesting I be called back. I was assured that I would be contacted once the office opened again on Monday. I waited over a week for that call before making this review. Ive wasted enough of my time calling them. If FreeUp really wants to make it right, they just need to follow through their promise to call me. All the overtures they care are just marketing to trick you into trusting them. Dont fall for it.

They were supposed to make improvements. They raised the rent twice since they took over in September. They cant keep anyone working in the office. They said they were going to add rest rooms and fix doors

Well, I thought it was going to be a wonderful place to rent, however.......one day I tried to get into my unit on a Sunday afternoon, (which the rent was paid in full), and could not get the gate to open with my code. Two other renters had no problem using their codes during my time there that day trying to get in. I left a message on the voice mail expressing my displeasure. I visited the office the next day, and was told that they had no record of my trying to get in, and that my gate number did not show on their records as being attempted, nor did any wrong attempt show. Mind you, I had the unit for months by this time, and KNEW my number, and CONFIRMED it on my phone just to be sure. I went out to test it, and OF COURSE by then, it did work fine. SURPRISE. Next, there was A LEAK IN MY UNIT - yes A LEAK, and my belongings were getting wet. I was assured that someone would be out the next day to investigate it and that they would let me know the findings. Well, I checked back two rainy days later, and still no one had been out. I checked back two more rainy days later, and STILL no one had been out. Never heard a word, and went back several weeks later, and was told that the roof company could not fix it, and they would have to get someone else to fix it - OF COURSE WEEKS OF AN INCREDIBLY RAINY SEASON IN TYLER TX HAD GONE ON BY THIS TIME AND MY THINGS WERE GETTING RUINED, AND INCURRING MOLD!!!! Had to MOVE OUT!!!! Caution about renting here.

Very nice and good store facility. The owners are wonderful . But I would like to see them make the units available 24/7 because it’s hard to get there sometimes before they close.

Joseph Was very Helpful

My girlfriend has been renting from them for almost a year and recently had someone taken off of the list of people allowed into her unit and changed her gate code. Apparently they didnt not actually do it and this person was allowed in and stole her belongings. Had they actually done what she came in and asked them to do we would still have our expensive electronics and kitchen table. Highly recommend NOT renting here.

Managers are sweet as can be and very helpful..the dog is a little shady but absolutely adorable :)
