The female manager is great. Her husband, ehhh....From the outside, the area looks clean and well kept, but inside the storage units...its a different story. The gutters are filled with debris, so when it rains, youll have the front corners of the unit filled with water. Ive since moved to cube smart...and am paying the same amount for the same size unit. The difference is, theres been no damage or leaking in my new storage facility. And I feel my things are more secure. At advantage, ANY sequence of numbers will open the gate, at ANY time. Ill also mention, advantages doors are a bit antiquated. I did have one sheer off the guide rod and come down, hitting me in the head. So be careful. Btw...the white packet at the bottom is rat poison. I suppose its Managements idea of pest control. Which, if you see the rat excrement on my furniture, it doesnt work.

Very nice people to rent storage space from. I would definitely rent from them again. Theyre always there to help and at reasonable prices 😃
