Jim & his crew did a wonderful job in our home! We were needing a whole new unit with some other repairs, so it is SO nice to feel cool air again! I sent an email regarding some issues with my AC at 9:42am. I received an email and a phone call within an hour. Jim walked me through a few common issues & was able to stop by and take a look very quickly. He diagnosed and fixed the air compressor and had my home back to cooling by 11:30...Less than 2 hours-WOW! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the prompt, fantastic service and reasonable cost. I would recommend them to anyone, and will use them in the future.
