We went as a family and we had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the variety they had, lots of options for climbers of all ages and skills. My daughter is 6 and she didnt want to stop. Her favorite part was in the family section where they have a bouldering wall that ends with a slide after you reach the top. Plenty of walls for my husband as well who wanted more of a challenge. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

Took my granddaughter there for a 6 year-old birthday party. Most of the kids had no climbing experience. The staff was great in orientation and the kids all had a great time! It was hard to get my granddaughter to leave. She was asking when she could come back as we were leaving. Wouldve been nice to have more of a concession. Drinks, at least.

Kids had a blast! Staff was friendly and helpful. This is great for toddlers to teens! Great family outing.

My boyfriend and I are from Colorado and we were looking for a place to stretch out our legs. This place did exactly that! They offered showers with towels which is nice when you have been camping instead of staying at hotels. Definitely check this place out it will be worth your time. I am happy we took our climbing gear on our trip. If you did not, their rentals are relatively cheap and worth it.

It was really fun!! You have to have a.lot.of strength in your legs and arms for the hard courses. Fun to do with family and friends.

Great staff and a good variety of climbing. Very family friendly and a clean environment. Bouldering and some top rope grades seemed a bit off - many grades were easier than they should’ve been.

We visited Gemstone with some friends and had a great experience. We were visiting Twin Falls and only had one day in town. Stopping to climb at Gemstone was the highlight of our time in Twin. Beautiful gym with great climbing for everyone. Fitness deck was very impressive as well. Plenty of terrain for all skill levels. Thanks for the great time Gemstone.

Needs more staff!! Came here for my daughters birthday. Other than making sure we signed waivers, staff wasn’t helpful at all! No instruction, no supervision or help. I had to help them get their equipment on. They only had one person working the desk and people working on the wall so those areas were roped off. There was only a couple climbs we could do. We were told they couldn’t go on the Boulder in the middle unless there was an adult, Nonetheless they had a good time.

Great climbing gym fun community my only dislike is they dont change the climbs to often. Itd fine if you like projecting a harder climb but if your like me who just likes to try random climbs finish them and be done its not the best thing.

I have been a customer for a decent amount of time. This place is amazing. They have super amazing staff. The routes are super well made. They have an awesome community. So overall if you are ever visiting Twin this is one of the most awesome place to visit.

Paid extra for a harness so my daughter could climb. She was the ignored by all staff. Dont upsell customers on equipment rentals and then ignore them when they need trained assistance from trained staff.

Good selection of routes, ~7 autobelays, reasonable pricing, 2 cracks.

Staff excellent, gym was set up for easy and difficult. Had all the things necessary to climb.

Hands down, best body weight workout available. Recovery from bodyweight workouts allow you to get it in 5-6 days per week without the crippling soreness of heavy weights and low reps 2-3 days per week. You will see noticeable definition improvements in days/weeks instead of months.

First time at an indoor climb. Totally going again! Very nice place and great staff!

I love this place a lot. Ive come here on a couple of occasions and always have a great experience. Its the best rock gym in southern and southeast idaho in my opinion. Its large, the walls are tall and always offer a great challenge. There are a lot more routes than the average place. Even if large groups are around you still could get to routes you want without having to be stuck behind lines for a climb. They have a great kids section. However I feel like some of those routes are a bit difficult for some children but its still cool. They actually have a great bolder wall. I wish I had a gym like this up where Im at because I would definitely buy the gym membership. Its such a great deal. I would use it everyday.The only thing Im not the biggest fan of it is that most of the employees are all young high school or young adult age. Dont always have the best customer service for the younger employees. Just havent had the best luck with it. Probably just the lack of experience. This place is great. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you love indoor climbing.

Don Campbell the owner, is a very passionate man and wants you to have the best climbing experience. Recently I had started going to the gym and had ordered a pair of shoes there. The order was lost and he made sure to make it right with me. Would recommend to any kind of climber whether beginner or seasoned.

Outstanding clean and well equipped gym. Compared to other gyms, it felt quick (a couple hours) to climb out the routes at the middle grades I was interested in. The grades are so soft that it seems like forgoing the YDS grades in favor of their own rating system would be a good move. That said, the people are great and the routes are very fun!

First time there and first time climber. My 12 year old, for her also her first time. We had so much fun. This place is amazing. Super clean. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I fell off the wall the first try and I landed wrong, twisted my ankle just slightly, said ooch and within 5 seconds a staff member came and asked if Im alright. Spent the next five hours learning different levels.Definately my new favorite place. Cant wait to go back soon. I could spend everyday here If it was possible. Had a blast, thanks Gemstone.

I went here for my nieces birthday party and it was so much fun. The instructors were awesome and so good with kids. My son is 3 so he wasnt able to do much but for older kids, this place is awesome.

Great place to explore your interests in climbing. They have a variety of walls to climb with different challenge levels. Most of the walls are belay only, which is locked unless you attend a short instructional demonstration (safety reasons, obviously).Not only that but they also have a basic gym upstairs with weights, to help train your upper body and grip strength.They have membership options or a day pass and gear rental, which usually comes out around (if my memory serves me correctly) $22.Very fun. Always wanted a climbing center in Twin.

This is a fun and challenging place. We have gone a few times. Our kids loved it. There are many different walls to challenge all levels and abilities.

I have been going to this gym for over a month and I cannot recommend it enough. It has so many options to choose from: Climbing, fitness, yoga and more. The best thing about it is that every part is high quality, the instructors care and the building is very taken care of. If you are tired of your regular gym and want something new and exciting this is the place for you.

Top notch climbing facility. My son takes lessons here and goes to the school break/summer camps. The staff are always so nice and really great with the kids. I especially love that yoga is included as a strong component of the instruction. My son recently went on his first outdoor climbing trip, and his guide was super impressed with the skills and safety knowledge he has learned at Gemstone.

Gemstone is a great community asset. The climbs are fun, changed regularly, and challenging while having plenty of options for beginners. The staff is generally friendly. Gemstone offers lots of opportunities to become belay certified, for students when out of school, and yoga classes.Has a limited gym selection consisting of a large ninja system, 2 treadmill, a couple bikes, a rowing machine, and free weights.

Love the facility & staff. I took my Grandson and he had a blast in the family area. They offer a lot more than climbing with yoga, a party room, will have a work out area, and classes. Safety is a priority. They have multiple auto belay areas and a bouldering area. Fun for everyone!

Great new facility in Twin Falls and so happy to see one here finally. Really good size and very kid friendly. They had 5 auto belay’s setup but mostly only moderate routes on those. Gym setup upstairs isn’t bad but appears to have some improvements in work.

Gemstone is an amazing addition to the Twin Falls area. We love that they have a kids area that is really engaging with a Frankenstein at the top and a fun slide to go down on the boulder wall. My kids really enjoyed one of their Saturday camps where we could drop them off for a couple hours to climb. We really love that they have harnesses for smaller kids and include them.

Im from Denver CO and Ive been to every climbing gym there as well as other gyms in the state. Ive also been to a bunch of climbing gyms in other states and out of the country. This gym is by far my favorite. Theyve thought of and have everything. The staff is wonderful. Theres really not a thing that I could critique, great job yall!

Hot yoga is super fun!Upstairs has an adult jungle gym. Ninja warrior style. Free weights, kettle bells, barbells. Was really nice to do leg day after climbing.Theres a whole section of building dedicated to helping kids explore and climb.Overall, very very impressed. We always have a blast.

Such a nice climbing gym. Clean. Staff are super. Was here for a competition and was very organized. Love how they care about the climbing community and want to make all feel welcome and encourage those who are new to the sport to keep climbing. We will be back!

Were hooked!! I wish them the best with such a grand scale undertaking. Twin Falls IMO lacks things for youth to do. This is a great escape for child and adult alike. I found myself daydreaming and wishing I could have experienced this place when I was a kid! They also have the capacity for hosting Birthday parties. 👍😎⚓

This place is awesome and fun. There is an area you can warm up on and a flat area at the top. There are various different automatic belays for beginners. There are extreme courses that you can challenge yourself on also. This is such an awesome and fun place to climb at.

Gemstone has a great climbing wall and very friendly staff. They always have great events and group fitness classes. I’m usually very intimidated by gyms and I always feel welcomed here and there is something to do for everyone.

We brought our kids here during spring break and it was fairly busy. The lines for the auto-belay ropes were very long. The facility has lots of ropes to climb on if you are certified with their ropes course for manual belay, but not many for the auto. The rope class costs $40 and is offered on Tuesday nights. For experienced climbers this place is more accessible, but my kids still enjoyed it. Maybe if there were a couple of workers avaliable to run belay for a couple of the manual ropes it would be better.

Gemstone is incredibly welcoming to all people of all abilities and experience levels. Everyone we saw was having a great time, from the teeny-tiny climbers and their grandparents to the awe-inspiring experienced climbers hanging underneath the overhangs. The owners and staff foster an atmosphere of inclusion, discovery, and plain old fun.

Love this gym! I go close to 3 times per week now and never tire of it as the routes are routinely changed out. Great balance of route types and difficulties and lots of programs to help you learn. Fitness equipment upstairs is a bonus.

We went for a birthday party on May 5th, 2018. My younger son was invited but I brought my 13 year old along. I thought he might enjoy it too. There were two young ladies assigned to help with belaying the younger kids at the party they were wonderful! Not only did they work terrifically with the party goers but they went the extra mile and, when they had time, helped my older son too. He has Aspergers and was really, really struggling. But they took him under their wing and helped tremendously!!! Now theres no holding him back. Both boys said they wanted to come all the time! Thank you! I wish I could remember the girls names! They deserve some recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty! I hope they realize the great difference they made in at least one boys life that day!

We spent 2 hours here. Our kids had fun being challenged in learning a new skill. Definitely worth it. The cost wasnt to shabby either. We will go again!!

Great climbing facility. Very clean. Ridiculous that you sign up for a Competitionand pay 45 dollars and even though you sign up later you dont get a T-ShirtWhen there are extra shirts still available. Plus being asked to judge the youth competition and send the 3 hours helping and there isnt even a thank you for your time spent. I just feel its a little ridiculous.

Its a great place to climb. They are changing their hours. Monday thru Thursday they will be closing at 8 instead of 10.

Gemstone is the first place I experienced climbing and Im hooked! I look forward to getting a membership here for my wife and I. Its got everything that I need in a gym (weights, cardio equipment, classes) plus rock climbing! Cant go wrong. I hope this place stays open in TF FOREVER
