Service was okay. They were able to honor my appointment time. I liked that I was able to have a relaxing and quiet session. The salon itself is old and outdated and sort of sketch.. I mean for 29 idk how good you’re going to get … Nail filing was rough and continued even after I was visibly uncomfortable and pulled away, services in the pedicure were short and not worth the money I paid for the “extras”. The gel polish on my hands were bubbly and uneven in spots when I left and began chipping two days later and completely off the majority of my nails by day 6. Thankfully the gel peeled right off so no damage to my nails but for the price it wasn’t even worth it.

This is the only place in 29 that I will go for a pedicure! It’s the most relaxing, best quality and it’s not rushed. Lillian? is so sweet and always is able to do what I would like done. I’ve been coming here regularly for about a year!

The first impression when I entered was the place smells. Only 2 staffs on duty, maybe theyre the owners. Price wise pretty high for such a small place and very minimum service. The lady did good on my pedicure but she was rushy and didnt offer any option at all on the designs.. Overall customer service is poor -unfriendly, job on nails is ok and store+equipments are pretty dirty & old.

I will never go back here I was treated horribly. The guy yanked on my hands, rushed through nails show that....then the paint job...ugh.....I asked for nail polish remover ad I was leaving and was given my money back after the woman realized I was upset and not happy with my nails .

People were friendly and the lady was very knowledgeable in working with my thin, gel-damaged nails (+2 stars). That said, the place was in desperate need of an update; chairs were dilapidated and torn, and the place could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint (-1 star). The worst part of our experience was my daughter getting burned by the wax (-2 stars).

Had an awesome experience. Needed a full set last minute to replace a mani and I had no appt. She allowed me a walk in on the spot and smashed out the whole set in 40 minutes. This was 4 WEEKS ago and I JUST got them filled. No chips, no repairs, and color still DAZZLING. Her next appointment showed up 15 minutes in and she worked under pressure from her customer and they STILL came out FLAWLESS! 10/10 would recommend and will return if Im ever in Twentynine Palms again!

I went here for a Mani / Pedi. My Gel Manicure was gone within two days. My pedicure was poorly done and I got a infection in my nail shortly after this pedicure was done. Ill never return to this salon.

She was ripping nails existing acrylic nails off with a nail form. It hurt so so bad and when I told her to stop she complained and then finally let them soak. Very rude and very unprofessional. I do not recommend. Don’t waste your money.

Echo nails is awesome. I get my eyebrows done here twice a month and quite often my manicure and pedicure too. Ive been coming here for almost two years and Ive never been disappointed.

Thanks for ruining my Fiancés wedding day nails 4 days before the wedding. Thanks for making her cry. Thanks for doing such a bad job they are hurting her with horrible, burning pain.Avoid this shop.

Loved coming here. When I first walked in I was greated and told it would be a 10 min wait. Im not sure if I even waited 10 min. It took my nail tech less then an hr to do a fill with gel and file my nail shape to make it more even. This was my first time here and Im 100% coming back!

My first time coming here to get my eyebrows done. I believe her name was Leland but I could be wrong on the spelling. She did a great job and was friendly, quick, and efficient. I just moved back to 29 and I think I found my new eyebrow place.

My first time there and it was great. The woman who did my nails went above and beyond my expectations. I got a pedi as well and let me tell you my legs and feet never felt better. And I got waxed which didn’t hurt at all. Overall I will be making this my nail place!

Came to get a gel manicure, they saw me right away and it was quick. They were very nice, and the lady that seemed like the boss was checking on all the customers and making sure we were all happy. Sorry my photo is so blurry.

If I can rate this place zero stars I would. The pictures on their website are deceiving. They messed up on the design, didn’t do anything I asked for and when I wanted to add something the guy didn’t want to do them because he didn’t like how they look. Definitely won’t come back.

Do not go there for nail removal they literally rip them off without even soaking them which hurts like a sob. They pry another nail tip under it and rip. They also make the acrylic very thick looks tacky.

I love them they are all nice and not rough with doing your fingers or your toes.

Came here to just get my eyebrows done and the staff greated me right as I walked in. They were not very busy so the woman told me it would be about five minutes. She was very gentle when waxing and did a great job. I asked her to keep then thick and thats exactly how she did them. Definitely recommend them.

I have been to every nail place here in 29. This place is by the far the best that there is here for getting you nails done. I wont go anywhere else.

They were nice when I walked in but when I went back into the room to get my eyebrows done she didn’t ask me how i wanted them or talked much, but she did really good with my eyebrows so i’m satisfied.

Nails were done poorly. Within days, my acrylics were lifting. My french pedicure was coming off 4 days later. And to add to my horrible experience, I had gotten an infection (paronychia) from the dirty tools they were using. The staff were very nice, but the work was horrible. I dont recommend

Ive heard good and bad about this place. I think it depends on who you get. My experience was horrible. My manicure was done very poorly. It wasnt opaque and wasnt painted all around the nail so it looked sloppy. It started chipping the next day. Wouldnt go back.
