I went in for a bikini wax.. the woman was rude and rushed the wax. I have been getting waxed for years. This was unusually extremely painful. I was crying. She said it was because I was fat. Then when I got home and was able to see what she had done, I was livid. I was swollen and bright red. The next day I was bruised.Never will I go there again.

I love Kim! I have ingrown nail that hurts to all getup but she always makes it betterFast and friendly. Eyebrows on point.

This is the only nail salon I will go. A married couple runs this place. Ive gone to 2 other nail shops in 29 palms, and I ended up walking out because the customer service was terrible, I guess they get SO much business that they can afford to ignore potential customers.1st time I came here I was greeted nicely, I waited about an hour but the great service was well worth it. Ive only had to wait that one time. She does great pedicures and he does great manicures and whatever you want done. She did my eyebrows once too.I always try to tip handsomely.The is very friendly and warm.The husband seems kind of grumpy, for lack of better words and not friendly at all but he does great work.

I love my nails! But not my eyebrows. I felt like the lady that did them was rushing me out since they were closing soon. It seemed as if she didn’t do anything to my eyebrows and yet I still paid. As soon as I came in the nail salon the manager told the lady to do my brows and she was giving him looks and hand gesture that she didn’t want to do my eyebrows.

I got a wax from the lady that works there. Shes really nice. She took her time waxing. She talk me through it. I would remind her to anyone getting a wax. I will be returning.

I’ve been coming to this place for quite some time for pedis and eyebrow waxing. Out of no where during my pedi she starts clipping my nails. I immediately blurt out “hey, what are you doing? No! Stop!” She tells me no you need it cut. Exscuse me how are you gonna tell me what length nails I should have when I’m paying you what your asking to do what I want to my damn toes!

My nails look very clumpy. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they didnt even do it like the picture. The lines were not straight at all . Im very disappointed.

I went in for a set of acrylics with colored tips and instead they used colored gel then charged me 10 dollars extra for poor work. My nail beds hurt for 3 days after the service and the gel started to bubble. Proceed at your own risk.
