Tanya is amazing ! When I say I came in looking a mess mean it, had old blue left in my hair and orange from trying to get it out. Not only did she fix it (which was very hard to do) but she did an amazing job. The cut is amazing to! You will walk out of here feeling like a brand new person.

Great little place here in Twentynine Palms where I get my hair cut. My hairdresser is great, really listens to me and really gives me a cut I can afford. Igs really good with coloring.

I was there earlier to get my hair trimmed. Kelly did an excellent job of cutting my hair. I cant find many people that cut my hair the way I like and mess it up because its so thick and curly. Thank you Kelly for doing a great job.

I had hair that nearly reached my butt. Asked cathy for a trim and long layers. Left with this. At least 6 inches was cut and it looked terrible. Before I left, she styled my hair so I did not notice at the salon, but when I got home and it fell, this is what I was left with. Only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because when I requested my money back, she understood and refunded me. I then had to go and have more cut to fix it. It just sucks that my long hair is gone now. :/ do your research on people before letting their shears anywhere near you!!

A Fox offers a wide selection of services as a hair salon, but thats not all. Also offered are massage and nails. I have been going for a couple of years for trims and perms. The staff is very friendly and listen to what you want. If it can be done, they will.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I am new to the area and I have always gone to the same salon back home. I was nervous about having to find a new salon. I got way more than I expected here! Trish did an AMAZING job. They were all so friendly. I will definately be going back.

I had amazing cut today by Chertarria. Going back Thursday for ombre. Tanya cut my daughter hair about a month ago and was a great advisor on my choice of color for my next appointment. The ladies there are honest and do a great job. The salon is clean and I love the decor. Overall great experience.

I went here to get my hair done, and all I wanted was a trim I ended up having to go home and show my husband and family what happened. She ended up cutting my BABY HAIRS never has any hair stylist done that. This is something that I clearly can’t fix my baby hairs don’t grow so now I’m stuck with choppy hair! I will never go to any hair stylist around here again.

If I could give a -5 star rating I would!!!I moved to Joshua Tree recently and found myself in need a trim. I researched salons in the area and A Fox came popped up with high rating on Yelp. So, I booked an appointment. Unfortunately, I got Wendi. I am sure there are better hair dressers in the salon but I got Wendi. Let me give you some information about my hair... Its long mostly all one length except I have long bangs. All I needed was a trim, sounds easy right? Well, apparently not. My hair was butchered, bangs choppy and I think she tried to give me layers?? i cant be sure what she was trying to do but whatever it was it was awful.This experience has tainted the way I feel about hair dressers in 29, JT and YV in general. I wont go to any of them. I know its irrational but I was traumatized.
