Eric is a lifesaver. Really didn’t want to go down to Palm Desert to the Apple store or send it in to get it fixed for $99 or more. Eric was very informative and answered all of my questions. He was able to get my iPad working again after it took a dump while doing an update. I was so scared my iPad was trash but he was able to restore it in the amount of time he quoted and pricing was more than fair!! Thank you MJM I will be recommending you to everyone!

Caleb save my life today! Well not well not literally but in a way he did. I had a problem with Windows where I had to reinstall it this is what Microsoft told me to do a recovery or something like that. Anyways after doing that all of my software was gone! And for my little business I was not able to run it without my QuickBooks program. So I dug for my CD and found it and attempted to install it however my CD ROM drive would not open! I havent used it for a long time but it seems that its no longer working. Lucky for me I went to the computer place here in Twentynine Palms and they have a CD-ROM drive in stock and was able to fix it and replace it in less than 15 minutes for free! They said as long as I buy the CD drive from them they will install it for free. And what a great deal it was only $29.99 with free installation. After talking to the more I find out that they actually have many parts in stock this is due to they are a shipping center for I guess Amazon they say and eBay so they sell parts there so they have lots of inventory available. This could be useful if somebody needs some sort of Parts because this place seems to have a lot of them. So happy with the service wish I could do better than five stars.

Eric was great. My phone would not charge at all. The plug did not even go in all the way. He said it was the charge port. So I set up an appointment with him.When I got there, he said that it was just lint in the port. He cleaned it out. Best all there was no charge. He is an honest person I was ready to spend the money to get my charge port fixed but did not even need to.

Caleb was amazing he was able to fix my phone right away in under 30 minutes. I was not able to pick up my phone right away but when I got there my phone was fully charged. And I remember bringing my phone almost empty. He was even nice enough to think of charging my phone for me while I was on my way to pick it up. It ended up being even cheaper than expected with my military discount.

My desktop PC stopped turning on completely. I checked everything out but couldnt figure out what the problem was. So I brought it over 2 the guy working over at MJM Network. He had it for a few days, but did fix the problem. Turns out that it was the motherboard the memory controller. Unlike less qualified repair shops that would probably would have to replace the whole motherboard I was able to get mine fixed. So my windows is still activated everything is working great and it was a really good deal since I did not have to purchase any motherboard. I also waited to do this review about 3 weeks so I can safely say everything is working good and they did a really good job. Highly recommend these guys they really know what theyre doing.

This place is just completely absolutely wonderful!. I had my laptop a Dell laptop that I use for work while Im in the military. I could have just went out and got a new laptop but I really like this one because it has the card reader to read the military ID. I hate to have to have the external type where you have to carry an extra device and they dont really make these types of laptops anymore. So I was very upset when it would no longer turn on took it over to MJM Network after which they diagnosed the problem to be a bad memory. They replace the bad memory and even had it in stock computer works fine took less than 30 minutes could not be more than happy enough!

Well on a little vacation my phone stopped working. Eric was able to get it to work and he didnt even charge me anything. I offered him $5 but he didnt take it. It seems my phone screen would not come on at all. I went to Verizon to see if they can fix it for me but they said it was the screen. I Cracked my phone last night. I found Mjm network right away with a quick search. Called ahead of time and requested a quote. It was hard to understand the guy I think it was a bad connection. But the price I got was the same once I brought it in. No up charge or anything like that like I had to deal with in the past. Eric even got my phone straight at no extra cost to me.
