Its a small shop but, its neat and organized. The owner has his degrees hanging on the wall. The owner took me into the back room where he performs repairs etc. Very neat and organized. Took time to show me the tools and capabilities that he has. I could tell that he takes pride in what he does. Ill be going back to him in the future.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIGITAL PARAGON. I drop my phone a lot.. If im not dropping my phone then my toddler is. If your clumsy like me or have spirited children who like to grab things and drop them (like expensive electronics) then Digital Paragon is where you should go to get your phones and other expensive gadgets repaired. James, the owner, does an amazing job with iphones, android phones, samsung phones, game consoles, controllers, remotes, computers and many other electronics. If you need a device repaired it will be in great hands if you take it here.I have an iphone 8+ and the front screen was shattered to were it wouldnt show anything, the back glass was shattered so bad that huge pieces had fallen off. Basically if someone had seen the phone they would have wanted to trash it and get a new one. I dont like throwing things away if they can be repaired though. Digital paragon replaced the front screen, replaced the back glass, AND replaced the audio speaker to hear phone calls. My iphone works perfectly again and looks new. The repairs were much cheaper than buying another iphone 8+ and I am so happy i can use my iphone again.

So my phone had a cracked screen but still worked fine. until today when a heavy tool hit my phone and made it semi functional. i dont like to go to big chain stores for repairs and i really didnt want to travel 30 minutes away to get my phone fixed. These guys are awesome. Not for that fact that they repair your devices, but because they are helpful. I was staying at an AirBnb and the place had very bad Internet. I needed WiFi to download files for work and the place I was staying at didn’t allow me to download or upload what I needed. I had limited options, so I headed to town. I sat in the Starbucks parking lot hoping to grab some WiFi however it didn’t register. Luckily I saw Digital Paragon next door and asked them for some advise. The bottom of my iPhone X was slightly cracked & not responsive at all and I hoped that getting the screen fix would fix that. It did! They did a great job too! Screen was fixed in less than an hour! My problem was definitely fixed. They had the screen I needed already in stock so all I had to do was drop my phone off to them. I would highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I was having problems charging my iPad, so I took it in. James quickly figured out that my port was obstructed by a broken tip from an old charger. He removed it, charged me $10. If Id taken it to the Genius Bar at Apple, they probably would have told me I needed to replace the port or the whole tablet! I recently had my computer serviced here. The storage has totally filled up for reasons I was helpless to figure out on my own. Went into Digital Paragon and definitely wasn’t expecting to get my phone fixed right then and there within 30 minutes. The price was better than a few people in town and to be honest I felt better just taking it into a shop Instead of someone’s home. He replaced my charging port and my phone is now good to go. I brought my girlfriends iPhone 10 XR to them and it was fixed within 45 mins. After I picked it up it developed a black spot on the screen when I plugged the charger into the wall. From there I called them back and let them know the problem. I brought it back to them and he repaired the issue within 45 mins again. Overall good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
