My previous cell phones battery enlarged so I had to purchase. They had a phone that met my requirements and more; not only that the price was GREAT!!! The two ladies that work there were so helpful and pleasant. Should I ever have an issue, I would absolutely return and I have already shared my experience. Thank you CPR!

Had issues with charging port, auxiliary port and dead spaces and cracks in my screen. They let me know how theyd fix it and were thorough with what all they did. Had all of my issues fixed and got my phone back looking and feeling brand new in about an hour.

The young lady was very patient with helping me with my cell phone and was informative and was able to resolve my issues within mintues. She is awesome and this occurred on 23 July 2021.

I had a cracked screen from a field op, was able to get it fixed within a day. Awesome staff, very funny and also extremely polite and kind. Highly recommend if you need to get your phone screen fix.

I was absolutely panicked running around for somewhere to repair my Xbox and this guy did it jerry is the MAN!!! Any electronic problems call jerry and see what he can do, the guy is a wizard!!!

I would not recommend this place. I took my phone there to get a battery replaced. Now I have a paperweight. Somehow the screen doesnt work anymore. They were nice enough to return my device, sorry, there is nothing we can do.

The gentleman there was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked very quickly.

The entire staff anchored in to help set up warranty for my phone and worked with my difficult tendencies to break the screen. After 45 mins of working relentlessly, the team was able to find a solution that got me the help I needed. I am so happy there is a great place like this easily accessible to service member’s and their families, and well those with base access. There positive disposition and tireless efforts to help me have put me at ease. Now I do not have to dread an 1 hour and 30 min commute to Palms Springs to fox my phone. Thank you to the entire staff at CPR. Veteran owned and operated which is always a plus, I enjoy supporting small businesses.
