Great 👌 rates for drying clothing. I do not like when in there is crowded but the low prices is most likely what draws the crowd. The Attendants are 😎 awesome!

I was very impressed. The attendant Michelle was very nice and friendly, I have never seen an attendant clean as much as she was cleaning the whole time I was there doing my laundry... Keep up the good work!!!

This is the only place I’ll go to. You can download the laundry coin app and pay on your phone. Also you get extra loyalty money that you can apply to your wash or dry. Being new to Coaling, I’ve had the best experience at this place. The workers always seem really nice as well. It’s very clean and well maintained.

Looks like a fairly new business, or either its just well kept. Speaking of newness, the machines operate on digital currency. In other words, you dont need quarters here if all that you have is your debit card. Aint that amazing?! I love the future! Anyhow, this place is really clean. Relax in the lounge section and enjoy vending machine junk food while watching complimentary television. There are also clean restrooms and a water fountain. I think that theyll even do your laundry too, at extra charge, of course. Friendly staff. Arrive early. This place doesnt stay open all night.

My go-to laundromat. Across from my work. New fast machines, reasonable prices, four TVs, clean bathroom and nice attendants who will loan you some dryer sheets if you run out. Super crowded sometime but I can see why.

If you use the app to scan the code and pay for washing or drying, you get a credit towards your account. Its like getting paid to do your own laundry! I did 4 loads the last time I visited, and because of the credit on my app I got to dry all my laundry for free!It can get crowded at times, but that just backs up the fact that this is one of the best laundromats Ive ever been to.*Clean facilities, friendly staff/owners, and amazingly fast (and affordable) washers and dryers.*

Very nice place to wash clothes

Its a little on the pricey side but its well worth it. They are always clean and have an attendant on site at all times. I enjoy being able to use their app to pay for my use of the washers and dryers. Its more convenient than hunting down quarters.

I was specifically looking for a laundromat that I could use my debit card and this was it. Very convenient than using coins in my opinion and Shannon was great at showing me how to use their set up. There were a good variety of washer and dryer sizes and prices.

I was very satisfied with the variety of washing machine sizes and prices. If you wash with cold water you save money. The woman working was extremely helpful to find me the best size washer to put all my clothes in to save me money. I was extremely pleased and will use this facility again.

This laundromat is awesome! I dried three loads of clothes in 20 min. This is the fastest I have ever dried clothes. The laundromat is clean and their dryers work fast. Best part about it all is that I didnt even have to get change. They let you pay with a debit card.

This rating is based solely on their facial coverings. The employee herself needs to ne educated on proper use of a face covering. She uses the covering as a chin guard, doesnt social distance while engaging with customers and doesnt enforce company policy. So if you want to attend a covid party this is the place to be. Too many without face mask. If she were my employee I would fire her for failing to follow company policy and endangering the most vulnerable. She intimated that she would be a director of another facility really

Clean &well organized. Attendant is very helpful with questions. They have a variety of washers &dryers of all sizes. I luv the app feature they have as well its very convenient. Reasonable priced as well.

The laundromat is very good. The manager Christi and a worker named Serenity have attitude problems. I was folding my clothes and Serenity started using the dust mop sweeping down dust over my head!! When i informed her i have asthma she continued sweeping saying the dust isnt falling on me. I asked for the head managers number to which they told me the number was posted but it isnt. The laundromat is A-1 however the staff needs to be replaced signed -dusty customer😒

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly, the machines are nice and newer and not expensive at all. I can’t say again how nice the ladies that run this place are. It’s always clean and they have tons of machines so it’s never full and you don’t have to wait. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This laundry Matt is amazing!!! It is so clean, they gave restrooms, price is very awesome and they even have a drop off service for a great price! Literally everyone needs to come here, there are no downers. You can pay with a card as well witch is very handy!

This is my favorite laundromat. The washers and dryers are extremely fast and the staff is very courteous. Also, they have an app that lets you start the machines from your phone and pay with your card so you dont have to deal with so many quarters.

Worst visit we have had yet on 6/2/19, the entire facility was nasty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned all weekend, the machines have broken components on them more than usual, the bathroom was disgusting, there were kids playing on the folding tables and on the machines, people smoking pot out in the parking lot. This used to be a nice, clean place, but I knew it would shortly get run down considering the area that its located in. After this visit, after 2 years of loyalty to this cleaner, we will not be back. The woman that was working didnt seem to care that kids were running amuck through the entire building or the fact people were smoking pot in the parking lot, it seems this place has only attracted the slums of Tuscaloosa.

Express Laundry is a great place to do all laundry needs.Teia the attendant there is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet.Im up in age and she helps me with everything even folds them for me! I followed her from 1 stop and every week I see others who have followed her,This is so clean in here everything is new best machines in Tuscaloosa.Its like your going to see friends here,which makes it not so bad doing your laundry.I meet the owners who are very nice themselves.This is the only laundry Matt in Tuscaloosa I will ever go to. This is an amazing laundromat. If youre tired of the mediocre & mundane laundromats around Tuscaloosa, come here. Theres always an attendant on duty to answer any questions you might have. They keep it very clean & do everything they can to keep their customers happy. The washers and dryers are all brand new, and maintained frequently. The owners care about their business, their employees, and their customers. They offer WiFi and have smart TVs with Netflix. Theres plenty of baskets & folding tables. The dryers are super fast and the washers are inexpensive. They have a change machine, however, the best thing that sets them apart is having the option to pay with your credit/debit card. They also have a drop off service when you dont have time or patience to accomplish all that dirty laundry. The attendant on duty will wash, dry, fold your clothes & even call you when theyre done. This company really goes out of their way to offer customers far more than just a subpar laundromat. You definitely get far more than you pay for when it comes to Express Laundry. If youre tired of dirty floors, broken machines, & extreme boredom when doing your laundry, try this place, you will not be disappointed.
