Man i really appreciate the professionalism of these guys. They do a great job and the customer drives away with a feeling of confidence & safe service. Id like to say there a as two guys that really stood out. They greeted me with enthusiasm and the worker walked me out and showed me what he was explaining. Women, men if you ever need some dependable work that comes with respect at no extra charge come here.

In and out in less than thirty minutes with 2 new tires. They went out of their way to get my service vehicle back on the road. Great experience.

Never going back. They over charge and still cant get the job right, they even managed to pop my window off the rails on my driver side door and told me”your truck was done along time ago we were too nervous to tell you about the window so we didnt call you”. There are so many better places to go to, maybe its just this Turlock one but alls i know is if you get a guy named josh. Your screwed

Dont waste your time and money! Dropped my car off for flat repair and a tire rotation. 1 my tires werent rotated because my front right tire has a white paint stripe on it and it was still in the same spot. 2 my front left tire (THE FLAT ONE) is now flat again only 1 week after getting it fixed. I used to feel like my car is in safe hands when i take it to les Schwab, but no longer. Not going here again. Luckily it didnt pop on my hour and 45 minute freeway drive or i couldve been seriously injured.

Staff has been great to the wife and I at every visit. Justin was kind enough to find a wheel for us and install it in a flash. Our old wheel was cracked and wasnt allowing the tire to hold air.

Went in they were super busy still managed to squeeze us in. Fixed my 2 tires that had nails in them, rotated them, checked everything and did it for free :) and everyone there is always nice!

I have to say that Ive never visited this place before, only because I have the misconception that it tends to be a expensive location to get tires or get any type of service done. However I recently took a tire off of my trailer and went to go get it patched. This was the only place that was available and open at the time so I went in and they grabbed the tire and came back shortly and handed it to me. not only the day not charge me, but they actually fixed the stem and fixed a patch on it for free. The next time I am shopping for tires I am definitely coming to this location.

Woke up to a flat tire this morning! It was too early for any shop to be open and was running late so got a way into work called Les Schwab on my break and asked them if they could come out to put air in my tire. Not only did they do that but followed me back to their shop and repaired my tire. I love these guys and will continue to do business with them exclusively!

Great, fast service with an appointment. Easy to find, just off the freeway (Highway 99) They will check your tires pressure & condition for free. If you have a flat tire, they will patch it for free. The staff are clean, polite & speedy to help the customers. There is a large, clean waiting area with comfortable seating & magazines where customers may sit while their vehicle is being serviced.

Hard to say. I went there on Friday to have truck worked on they were get. I took my mother inlaw car there on Saturday that is having brake issues, they said it was fine. The dealership for her car said the brakes need replacing. Someone is lying.

I had a problem with my tire losing air all the time and brought it in and turns out it was just a nail but they patched it up and filled it for free!! I was so excited about that because most places charge. The staff is very friendly and they have a nice little waiting space where you can get a coffee or popcorn. 10/10

Um i dont know how I feel about this place, I came in on a Saturday because I thought my alignment was bad but they said that I needed new tires instead. So I came back the following day to get the tires and when I went to go pick it up they said that they had done the alignment, so I had to pay an unexpected $90 more then what I had originally thought. So if you want someone whos straight forward with what they are going to do with your car dont come to this place.

Took spare tire in on Monday,[had small leak],dont ever tell anyone that your in no hurry.Yes it did take till Wednesday and they never called me it was ready.Come to find out they put someone elses name on the tire.I had to go looking for my tire with someone elses name on it.Just goes to show you that we are all human,mistakes happen.If we were perfect we would all be robots.Still wouldnt go anywhere else

Had a slow leak on one of my tires, they found a screw in my tire. They fixed it and was ready to pay for it and they said no charges and Merry christmas. That was awesome. Thank you so much !!! Merry christmas to all of you.

I did like it very much, so you look over a few small things not perfect corners holes on curtains. Please people youve asked prices sky rocket. So on one hand?. People were great I hope to make another stop.

Ive had an account and have dealt with the Turlock store for about 8 years. Ive had 45 vehicles and bought something from Les Schwab for about every vehicle. I recently moved and was closer to a different store so decided to try the new store and was disappointed. No matter how annoying or how much of a pain I am, Shawn, Justin, Tina all ways treat me good and make sure Im satisfied. Love this store.

I had spent $20. In San Jose for supposedly flat repair that was never done just some air, but I came to Turlock the first place I went to was lies Schwab tire center, they fix my flat with a very kindly professional manner and they didnt charge me a penny, Ill b going there shortly in about a month to get 4 tires, they r awesome, service tires and customer service is #1 top best service.😁

Ideally I would rate this particular store 5 stars because of the professional service, approachability and competitive prices but I dont want it going to their head! -Lol

After driving for 9 hours from Las Vegas I got a flat and had to get it repaired. I called Les Schwab and they got me in that day and took me immediately when I showed up. They patched my flat for free and said I didnt owe them anything. Their customer service was awesome and their mechanics quick and efficient. Ill go back if I ever need more service when visiting Turlock.

I went in needing an alignment and they unfortunately said my car is not capable of having car alignments but aligned my steering wheel. Best part was I enjoyed some coffee and I was not even charged!

1st time & last time . very dissatisfying service. Yes I do get it, it was rush hour. Waited nearly 3hours while people coming after me & getting there cars serviced & on there way home. But Since I had aligning ($59) they dint care much for me. So much for 1st come 1st serve & of course a semi truck came after me the BIG FISH the guy with big bucks. He got priority over me. Pretty much unless you buy wheels or tires or unless your white you dont priority. The girl at the register. Was mAking snappy comments

Unfortunately I went to another place 1st they couldnt find anything wrong with the tire even though the pressure sensor was on they got it to go off light came back on so I went to les Schwab and not only did they find the problem they fix the problem at no charge to me bid me a good day and sent me on my way of very very happy person

They took care of me right away unlike American tire and Speedo both told me I needed a appointment to have my tires balanced, plus both of them was hesitant because I did not buy the tires from them. Les Schwab is my go to for now on thanks guys👍.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Took my Camry in for a simple alignment and they said they couldnt do it due to various wheel problems. Unfortunately, I trusted them and allowed them to fix those problems. I ended up having to take back my car about 4 times that same week since the car came back in even worse condition than I brought it in. I ended up taking it to a humble Mexican mechanic and he told us they did alot of unneccesary work and ripped us off. Thanks to him i can finally drive my car again. Long story short I wasted almost $400 for what should have been just an alignment. AVOID LESCWAB IN TURLOCK AT ALL COSTS. Please do not take your car their unless you want to get ripped off.
