I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube here in Turlock since last year, I’m always happy with my customer service and the timeliness of the service. All of the staff I have encountered are always friendly and very helpful without feeling disingenuous. I’ll continue only going to Jiffy Lube when I need services done on my vehicle. I would recommend this branch to anyone that’s able to get to this location.

This place is the most professional oil change center I have been to. I will be using them from here on out. I have been using another place here in Turlock and decided to try Jiffy Lube after reading reviews. Not to mention it’s next to the car wash. The guys in there were very honest. I had been putting in over priced oil for the past 3 years and I wish I knew his name but he told me I was wasting my money. Thats pure honesty and sold me. When the truck was done they all said have a good day and the gentleman that cashed me out walked me to my truck and opened the door. It’s the little things like that that will have me returning.

Very professional from the time I had arrived until I left. Actually had to order the air filter for my car and it was delivered within the stated timeframe so I was on my way as expected. I had only used jiffy lube once before but another location. My first experience had not been great and I debated going to the turlock location. The experience at this location will have me back for sure.

First time experience and it was a good one! They estimated about an hr wait(2 days before Thanksgiving) which is totally understandable, but they were done within 30 minutes! Went to Jiffy lube for the first time. Service was great and they were very professional. They made sure that they wiped down everything before i had to touch the keypad. The only bad thing about this place is that they do not do AC work but otherwise everything else was great. I will be coming back for sure

Carlos was very nice and professional. Got my oil changed quick. Also got new windshield wipers. Unfortunately someone just set them at the bottom of my windshield and completely forgot to install them, so you can imagine my surprise as Im driving down the 99 and they go flying at the car behind me. What an adventure it was pulling over on the highway, walking a half mile to pick them up off the road, and installing them myself..... 😑

Very friendly and knowledgeable techs working there. Most other places talk to me like I know nothing since I am a young woman, but the guys at Jiffy Lube treat me with respect and they understand that I know my car very well and I appreciate that about them. Would not go anywhere else, I trust their work and I know Im getting the quality service that I am paying for.

The place is nice and clean, but their prices are quite shocking and pretty out of range if you ask me. My old oil place was half the price but unfortunately they went out of business and are tearing the place down. I only came here because I was tragically way over due. I might come back, I dont know. I will look around and see what I can find first.

I tried going to another location and I had a very unpleasant visit I left and wont go ever again, I was disappointed to say the least . I drove after work to this location since its on my way home and luckily I did, Mud and the team there were great and super helpful ! This is probably my first review ever and they deserve it . Got me out super quick and didnt upsell me on my car . I went for a specific reason they did what I needed and it was done.

Theyre known for trying to sell you stuff that you dont really need and sometimes they dont even do the work.

Jacque has got to be the greatest customer representative. He left a while back, but my husband and I are so happy hes back. He always makes you feel like family. He goes above and beyond every time we bring our vehicles in. Thank you Jacque for coming back, weve missed you!

I had been prepared to shell out some money for née brakes, but they inspected them and turned out it was just debris between the pads and discs. They cleaned them up and didnt charge me anything! These guys are awesome!

I searched high and low for the best oil change place and ended up having lights and other parts replaced.Jiffy lube has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with.I’m 7 months pregnant had two toddlers and a dog and they were amazing with the customer service!!I will continue coming back here!!!!!!😁😁

Easy to find and quick service. They talk you through what will be done to your car. Its a good price for the great customer service and fast work.

I am impressed with the service. I drive an extra 60 more to have my oil changed. However because they do such a complete check, you can receive other services like spark plug changes and battery replacement. Everyone we have met has been knowledgeable, informative and Annie to communicate cleanly. I will go again.

Excellent Customer Service all around!! I went when it wasnt busy at all and from the second I drove up, I was greeted warmly by all of the employees, which was awesome! I was fully informed of everything that was going to happen during my oil change and I felt very comfortable handing my car over to them. The service went way quicker than I thought and I was in and out in not even 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube location, and will definitely be going back!

I got there and there was 1 car being worked on before mine. It has been a long time since I have been to a Jiffy Lube - the last time I was there I pulled in - stayed in the car and was out in 10-15 minutes. This time I was asked to get out of the car and wait in the waiting room so they could review things with me. That was 20 minutes later. What I learned was this entire set up was for them to up sell items to me that I may or may not need for prices that are more than an actual shop and or the dealer would charge to do. The only reason I stopped in rather than changing it myself was for sake of time. Now I remember why I stopped going to these places in the first place. Told me a I needed a new battery - interesting since the battery is less than 3 weeks old. Asked if they tested the battery and was told no. How then do you know I need a battery? Was told I needed a fog light - I say ok - that sounds fine Ill take one. Then I was told they dont have one for my car. hah! I drive a Honda Accord. If you are going to off headlight services youd think theyd have lights for the basic cars. Ive rambled enough - but the basic idea is - dont go to this place unless you want to overpay for service, overpay for parts, and wait longer than you should. I knew this before I went and somehow expected something different.

They haven’t changed the oil filter every time. My wife an have been going to the Turlock location for several years. Had the oil changed in Denair at One Stop on Main Street. John took a video of the old oil filter it was like Jello! Jiffy Lube rips people off.

I came in for a simple oil change. Very aggressive costly upsells the whole time I was there. Very awful experience when you dont accept them. I was treated like a second-class customer.

Jacque, Jose, and Rayshawne were very helpful with the whole experience. Jacque helped me to see what the most important items were for me to have done on our truck and which ones I could wait on.The atmosphere was friendly and clean. Jacque was very hospitable, to everyone who came in, which was refreshing, because it was about closing time, but they took care of everyone.

Service was great quality work price no different then any other places out there they also offer a lot of different services not just basic oil changes if you go on a Saturday go early there very busy and because they take pride in there work it does take sometime

New location that gave top quality service. Ive been going to Balswick for years and Jiffy lube that my vehicle only requires oil changes every 6000 Miles! Ive been paying double at a competitor because they didnt bother to know my vehicle. Will be returning in 6000 miles.
