We took our vehicle here to have the air conditioner fixed. They charged 1800 to fix it. The same problem happened again and we took it back to them, they told us it was another part that would be an additional 2000. We had the car diagnosed at another shop to find out the problem was the same as before, with now an additional burnt control connector. They fixed everything again as it was under warranty, but now our vehicle won’t start. It ran perfectly well except for the air conditioner before they touched it. Unless you want more headaches and have a bottomless wallet don’t use them.

Took my 1999 ford explore to them due to a check engine light they were able to figure out the problem right away and was able to fix it. Also found other issues wrong with my car and was able to fix it fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

The owner is an amazing guy he is straight forward and he isn’t the type to fool you nor pressure you to have him do your service. I took my Honda to check the AC. He has informed me two things it could be. We quoted me and said this should work if not then we’ll have this other problem. I told him to be honest I don’t want to spend $145 and then it not be that and I’ll have to pay more. He straight told me if those two things didn’t work then I don’t pay. He ended up fighting it was a Fuse and we needed to change the filter. Total price was $200. He paid our taxes so we could keep it @ 200. Love his service and MS. Morales service as well. I will totally recommend coming here!

I went to Lander Auto Service on the recommendation of the tow truck driver who picked me up on HWY 99. I was fortunate that Rob was working late and was available to look at my vehicle. It had overheated on my way to Sacramento. He was honest and helpful. He discovered that I had neglected to replace the coolant cap securely. He showed me how to do it and checked my tires. He didnt charge me and he recommended maintenance for the future. My experience was really positive. I would refer anyone to Rob in the future.

My truck wasn’t working properly took it to Robert he said don’t worry I’ll take a look at it and a few hours later I was back on the road. Very nice, professional and fair prices. I would definitely go with him again.

Went to them for a replacement radiator hose attachment. It was 500 bucks just to change that one lil part. I guess cuz its on the bottom of the engine under a bunch of other intricate sensors and hoses and other parts...anyways they did the job fine...service and price were average I suppose. No complaints really, Nothing to write home about either though.

I never used this place but I have went in and talked. If I had to I would trust thes guys initially if the price was right.

Great service! I got a free AC system diagnosis. The needed repairs and costs were explained clearly. I got a student discount. Also, I was told theyd install an ac compressor connector for free once i get it and bring it in.

So im new to town, came here to have my car checked out, i seen they had a girl mechanic and it was comforting because some mechanic shops will rip you off because youre a girl, but no they were still trying to rip me off guy said i had transmission issues spark plug issues etc.. and i wasnt sure about this, took it to TWO other mechanics who ASSURED ME MY TRANSMISSION WAS FINE, though my spark plugs needed to be replaced, he was trying to charge me $700!!!!!!!!! i i would not go here again or recommend it

I was traveling through the area and my Hummer sprung a transmission leak. I was towed to this shop for repairs. The shop was more than expected the staff was extremely polite and the owner is one of kind. He took my truck fixed the leak, he noticed other minor repairs needed and he fixed them at no extra cost. My husband and I were experiencing some issues with our vehicle and decided to look for a shop that could take care of the long overduerepairs. After a Google and yelp search we came across Landers auto service and decided we would use him based upon close proximity to our house and the reviews we had read that the shop had received .Robert, the owner was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in our choice to use him. Everything on our car was original and led to some issues, so unfortunately the repairs led to a couple of mistakes by a technician. Those mistakes left us without a vehicle for longer than expected. However, Robert handled the issue appropriately and also came out of his own pocket to see to it that we had a vehicle to drive while repairs were made.I mean, that won our vote on the spot because that is something you dont see anymore. Excellent service. Took my Prius (due to some overheating issues) after going to the Toyota dealership and being quoted >$2500 for a problem they werent even sure they could fix. Rabert, being the excellent technician that he is and certified in all kinds of systems including hybrid, gave me a free diagnostic and explained all the problems that the car had and gave me a reasonable service fee and a full year warranty - which was a whole lot better than what Toyota was offering. I called on the phone before I came after bad experiences at other repair shops. What sold me was that Rabert told me We are not part changers, we are auto repair technicians. So I came from Merced and Rabert asked if I needed a ride home. He personally drove me 30 minutes to Merced and we had a great conversation on the way.
