Was in line on Tuesday aug 31st for 40 minutes being patient as possible but still no one came up to my car to let me know the situation. All grown men but no professionalism in their work all standing around talking giving no regards to their customers. Just posting this in regards to everyone who was and might be affected hopefully they can have a little curtisy because time is valuable.

We have always used this service in the past but this time we left before service. They were not wearing masks and did not care if we left because of that. Don’t go there if you want to stay safe in a pandemic. They have no concern for those of us with health conditions that require safety. Also very rude behavior by employees.

This was the fastest oil change Ive ever had super fast and friendly services I even had all four of my kids with me in and out in no time I will definitely be going back in the future ohh and I didnt even have to get out of my vehicle it was faster then some fast food drive thrus I been too

I went to get an oil change and when they closed the cap to where my filter is they ruined wires: my electrical work was all screwed up that my car wouldn’t turn on. These people don’t take there time and are not careful with their work. It cost me over 1000 dollars to fix. Do not go here!

Todd place was A-MAZING! I had come from out of town and realized my car made a taking noise. I took it to this place and a very nice man came and checked the oil, turned around and grabbed some because my level was so low it didnt even register on the dipstick. He put in enough oil for me to be safe for quite awhile then didnt even charge me!!! I WILL beer having my oil changed therev soon and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service!

Great customer service from all the employees, every time I take my car in for an oil change... Was in and out within 10 minutes ; one of the oil techs noticed my brake light was on and recommended I take it in for inspection right next door. The manager Doug did the inspection and noticed my brake light sensor was out. I informed him that I was aware that it was out. I happened to have the replacment sensor with me I the trunk. The tech installed it in under 10 minutes and Doug did not charge me anything for the install. Very appreciative, plan to take my car here for many more years to come.

They have a friendly crew. They are very fast at what they do. Plus they helped me save some money by suggesting to me other products that they carry in stock.

Do not take your vehicle here. I went in for a transmission flush on Saturday, took my car home, let it sit until Monday, started it up and it was making a horrible noise. I decided to take it back to the shop, the partial owner took a test drive with me. First he claimed he couldn’t here the noise. So he proceeded to drive it to Safeway for a better test drive. He slammed on my gas and shot my rpm up. Then all of a sudden my car started slipping and it wouldnt shift into a gear. Then he said it was probably an axel, but just Incase we will take it to a transmission shop. I explain to him repeatedly that my car was not having any issues until they did the flush. He continuously argued with me, denying that their shop had anything to do with it. When they were the only ones that messed with my transmission. So here I am having to replace my transmission because the shop we took it to said it was broken also. So if you want a reliable service do NOT go here. You will get scammed.

8/8/17 We asked for a oil change with the high millage synthetic oil, not only did they not give us the right oil, but when we noticed on the receipt that they had given us the wrong oil and we brought it up, the employee at the desk argued with us and told us that there was no difference between the high mileage and basic oil. Also, a few miles down the road when our car started overheating, we discovered that they had overfilled our oil by over a quart.

I went for an oil change and a light bulb, ended with 3 more lights on including the check engine one that they told me was gonna cost me 965.00 usd. Prices are exorbitant. STAY AWAY FROM THERE
