Terrible service, called and ordered Friday afternoon sales rep promises to be delivered monday first thing so I call noon 30 to see what happened and sales lady candice tells me we might get them to you this afternoon and sorry the salesman that took the order isnt here and he didnt put in any notes. Her lack of concern and as a matter of fact attitude does not work well with me! I explained that had I known we could have picked up or made other arrangements. At this point i cancelled order and will go to Home Depot, Lowes or anywhere but fastenal....

The young lady that waited on us was very rude and talked down to us. It was so bad that we will never go back.
