Steve is the best boss I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He really understands how to treat us. He does not consider us employees. He considers us family. The man leads by example and will never ask you to do something hes not willing to do himself. His expectations are only as high as he believes you are capable. And if you dont see your own potential, hell bend over backwards to help you realize it.
