I took my 05 Sienna in for an oil change that I scheduled the week prior. I told the service advisor I didnt want anything else done or added, oil change only. I paid $84.99, the most I have EVER paid for an oil change at a dealership. With the appointment, he told me I would be waiting an hour to an hour and a half. I waited 2 full hours, for an oil change, with an appointment. They did the oil change, an inspection and rotated and balanced my tires (I never request this because I get my tires from Discount Tires and they do this for free). I drive to Costco, everything is fine, my wheel covers are on. I get home, one is missing, and the two on the drivers side arent secure. I had to kick them into place myself. So your team does a multi-point inspection, and doesnt inspect their own work?I called this morning and got voicemail. Ill update with the latest once someone calls me back.

I took my car in for an oil change. I was 1/2 hour early & T took my car right away. They noticed I was due for a 40K mile check-up & was due to flush my brake line. 2 hours later (I stayed in their lobby) they were done (close to the time they said). A bit later they fit me in for a key replacement (prepurchased 2 years earlier - I had lost my paperwork & they couldn’t find theirs). That took another hour. At no time did I notice anyone sanitizing where people had been sitting, nor did I see anyone making sure the customers were wearing a mask if they weren’t eating at the cafe. They offered free coffee & tea for customers but they were out of several non-caff options. Staff were courteous and helpful.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Toyota of Olympia. We were able to take care of most of the details on-line and by phone after using True Car to come in contact with the dealership. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Everything was taken care of, we arrived, looked at the car, took it for a drive, signed the paperwork, and wrote the check. Very positive all the way. No hard sells or trying to make us buy additional services, etc.

I walked into Toyota of Olympia with the expectation of being thrown around, shoved through some loops, and having to fight my way to a good deal. I however walked in treated well and they were very transparent on what to expect.Kristopher Pak was the best thing that happened to me while there. He not only took my car at WAY more than expected but got me a good deal on the car I drove off with.Expect excellent hospitality, service, and a great deal.Also they have great coffee, good lounging, and a food joint for the reasonable waits.

Brought car in to diagnose a stall problem and then a hard starting problem.While I appreciate the effort to diagnose the trouble with my car, when I went to pick it up we had to have it towed home. Diagnosis was that our car needs head gasket, Recommended motor replacement, we decided that we were not going to invest in this replacement.When I looked at it at home there were 2 coil packs that were not connected resulting in the reason for it not starting. Hooked up coil packs and car started....While it most likely needs a replacement engine, it make me wonder......

I had made an appointment to have my recalled airbag replaced. My vehicle was taken in on time and was ready when I was told it would be. I also was provided with a shuttle back home and then was picked up when my car was ready. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was a little disappointed that everything happened so efficiently as the lobby/waiting area looked awesome! I’ll have to check it out next time.

I spoke with @Vernon Parker a few weeks ago. I was just looking to see what’s out there. Did some price comparisons. Found that Toyota of Olympia was the best priced for what I was looking for for my husband.Vernon was professional and very likable. I contacted him once I found the vehicle I was looking for. I was apprehensive if we could get financed for a few days we worked on financing. When we finally came to and agreement and Vernon Parker kept working with me until we got what fit our needs and our budget. What a great experience. We had all the paperwork & Financing done online, over the phone . Only took about 1 hour to complete paperwork and go home. They even delivered the vehicle as my husband met me at the dealership in a separate car.What a great place and would recommend going to see Vernon Parker & their amazing finance team.Thank you Toyota of Olympia for working with us and giving my husband a truck he worked hard for.They also have a restaurant in the building it’s open to the public. This is my personal experience. Time, trust, transparency is a joke. You go on their website to value your trade, don’t even waste your time! Even if you use their website it will not be honored. They are so good in enticing you to come in their internet sales but the soonest you are in, they have their own valuing. Be very careful too for the new buyers who don’t know how the trade works in buying a vehicle from them. Don’t make the same mistake I did of believing what they said, and now its a miscommunication and my fault for signing the doted line. Your tax credit is not an incentive, it’s the law. Don’t fall for the “you get this value plus not paying the tax = technically your getting the blue book value!” Remember your tax credit for your trade is not an incentive, it’s the law. So be very careful before signing the doted line, not like other dealers with grace period, this dealership is a done deal no going back. The only thing they will offer is apology, nothing more! So now you waste time, so now transparency…hhhhmmmm???, so now trust, he’ll no! If I can give “zero” I will. I will not recommend them even to my enemy! Oh and by the way, the trade car now is being valued with over kill blue book price with an exclusive discount! Joke, right?!

Quick, easy & professional. Shared the vehicle I was looking for, wasn’t on the lot but I wasn’t pressured into an alternate vehicle. Instead, Mafi checked incoming inventory and was able to confirm the vehicle would be delivered by a certain time, it was delivered sooner & was exactly what we wanted. Horrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.I worked for weeks with my sales associate Phoebe to buy a new highlander. She quoted me a price of $48,000 via email and I put down my deposit of $1,000 to claim the vehicleI went to go pick up the vehicle and they did not honor the price- the price increased to $52,000 and there was no justification whatsoever.Absolutely no integrity and total scam artists. I had the pleasure of meeting Kirk Bennett through my friends who recently purchased a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Tacoma in the same week . A little about me I am credit challenged but I have a steady income I was driving around in a car that was over 16 years old with 300,000 miles . I have always gone to the high interest car lots because that all I thought I was worth it turns out that I am worth a whole lot more a 2014 Toyota Corolla more !!! The whole process was amazing, painless, fast and very personal . We worked everything out got into a payment I was comfortable (actually 50$ less than I was hoping for) because of the age of my car my air-conditioning was not working and it being over 100° in Washington right now Kirk hand delivered the car to my house and I live over an hour from the dealership!!!! What an amazing place! To start, they have some of the nicest, attentive and empathetic staff I have ever seen at a dealership. Toyota of Olympia doesn’t care how long you wait!!! I had an appointment and initially was told it would be an hour for a tire rotation and brake check, 15,000 Mile Toyota care service. Normally a 30 minute service. I was not offered any shuttle service but I heard it offered to someone else. Apparently you have to ask for it. After an hour and a half I checked on my car and was told it would be two hours now. I bought my car here so I’ve been bringing here for service but I think it’s time to find another dealer. This seems like business as usual for this place based on how I’ve been treated. I was told if I had brought my car in this morning it would only be 30 mins. Maybe they are over booking and it’s not my fault for bringing it in at this appointment time. If I knew in advance it was going to be 2 plus hours I could have arranged a ride so I didn’t have to sit here this long. My time is valuable too Toyota of Olympia! And your customer service is not as great as you think Zoe! How about saying sorry for wasting your time with our poor planning to your customers. A 30 min service should take 30 mins not 2 hours! Take your chances if you want but be prepared for them to not care how long it takes to work on your car.

I got to this Toyota dealership on time for my appointment, but waited for nearly 30 minutes before even being helped. Adviser said they were short handed these days but the dispatcher who booked the appointment didnt account for the extra time needed when she booked my time. Waiting in line for a previously appointed time turns making an appointment into a meaningless act. No one wants to make an appointment only to be told that appointment wont be met by the dealership. Same would be true for going to the doctor, dentist, dinner reservation or any other activity... dont make appointments if you likely cant keep them! Ill Toyota Olympia 3 start and one more chance to get it right before going elsewhere for service.

Well.... we needed a car but really only stopped in to browse. We were respected and given the freedom to walk about freely. It wasnt until my wife and I circled and peaked into the window of a vehicle that checked all of our desires that we were approached again.When I tell you that Kris Pak was the best salesperson I have encountered, I know most of you wont put much stock into it given the stereotype of a car salesman. So.... I will say this instead.... Kris is one of the kindest, most patient people I have ever met. He spent time to talk us through a huge decision with respect and empathy for our feelings of anxiety and stress. Went in to test drive a 2019 TRD OFF road 4Runner and all the dealer Dylan talked about was leasing a vehicle. I said I want to buy the car and he just kept going on about how leasing is better and he still leases his Toyota T100 from 1986. It’s like trying to convince a homeowner that renting an apartment is a better option because you have less responsibility. Laughable. Me and my friend in the car were laughing all the way home about how much Dylan loves leasing. We imagined he probably had a “Lease Monkey” tattoo on his back. I then asked about dropping the price since the car has been there over a month and he said that they won’t negotiate at all. I went back a week later and a much more helpful dealer Bryan said there was wiggle room for at least a couple K. Currently on the path to buying new, but you might want to train your people to work better with each customer, not just trying to get people on leases as much as it benefits you guys.

Kosal was a wonderful help to me as a first time buyer. He was patient, efficient and overall kind and helpful to me in my buying process. The Toyota of Olympia building was clean, everyone I interacted with was friendly, financing was explained to me comprehensively and I never felt pressure to buy. A very positive experience for me!Updating to add that I brought my dad with me and as a woman I am used to sometimes being treated differently in the presence of men in a male-dominated industry. If youve literally ever gotten an oil change you know what I mean. My dad did help me ask questions and confer with me between viewing vehicles but I never felt as though I was being treated differently or as though my dad was receiving the attention instead of me.

Bought a pre-owned Scion for my daughter. Deion sent me a custom video of the car the day before, so I could see it before driving up from Portland. The Scion iQ was SPOTLESS and was fully detailed. Why make an appointment to get a car taken care of if its just going to sit in a parking spot for 2.5 hours and then be worked on later. They tell me that it will take 4 hours to do a 2 hour max job. I’m fairly disappointed in this. Next time I set up an appointment somewhere, I expect the job to be done soon prior to drop off.

Stopped in to check out the new location. Must say Wow!! Massage chairs in the waiting room - nice ones that massage from head to toe. Enclosed safety area for kids to play. Even a lunch counter which seems to be a destination spot with neighboring businesses staff. They have hundreds of cars and trucks for sale. There is so many choices. This 28 acre dealership is amazing. Conor Jameson in the sales department was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I got a great car at a reasonable, actually exceptional price. Based on my research, I decided to drive 2 hours to their dealership and it was worth it. Total disappointment with the sales person A***n. Everything is good about this center but until I met him. All lies about pre-payment thru check or credit card. He is very rude. Overall, its all depends on the sales person who you are going deal on that day.

We decided on a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid, great gas mileage, price, and Toyota reliability helped in this decision. After checking out Toyota dealership inventories on line, Toyota of Olympia seemed like the right choice and only 50 miles away. A very beautiful and spacious dealership, we were greeted by Larry Nichols when we arrived, and expressed interest in a ruby colored Rav4 hybrid LE trim. The msrp was around 30k with no second sticker in the window! Larry was very knowledgeable during the process and answered our questions and any concerns we had. Within a hour we were with the finance manager and shortly later we had a new Rav4 hybrid! The entire process was painless and fully explained with no surprises during final signing, for us a very relaxing car buying experience which was our first in twelve years! I highly recommend Toyota of Olympia and Larry Nichols!

My 72 year old mother went to Toyota of Olympia with an old Corolla to trade in. They took for 15k and sold her another Corolla with the SAME MILEAGE and all the same troubles.They took advantage of an old lady. Just to the core bad people.

I originally had a great experience buying my car from them but it has since gone down hill. It has been almost 3 months and I still do not have my plates or registration for my car. At first I thought the DMV was backed but that was not the case. I contacted the DMV today and found out Toyota of Olympia has not even updated my information into the DMV databank, meaning I technically dont even own this car. On top of that, I have been trying to get ahold of them for about 3 weeks now and just get a voicemail. I leave a message, explain my situation and no one ever calls me back.Safe to say, I will never go back here to purchase a car. An investigation from the Dealer Investigators of WA has already been started and hopefully they can figure out whats going on.This is inexcusable behavior from a dealership.

We recently purchased a truck there. They gave us $2000 for our car and are now selling it for $14,000! Okay, I get making a profit and we were able to get the truck within our budget. We went back looking at getting a car. We messaged to verify the car we wanted was available and made an appointment. They said the car was on hold (which we were told they don’t do) so we couldn’t even see the car! Then, they told us the car we were going to trade booked at $2000, but we checked and it books as a trade for $4000! So their 2010 is worth $9000 and our 2012 is worth $2000? Yeah, I don’t think so. They are LIARS and will cheat you!

I purchased a Toyota Rav 4 just over a year ago from the Toyota of Olympia here in Tumwater, and everything I have to say about them is excellent! From their attentiveness in making sure I got the vehicle I both wanted and needed (purchased mainly for work, Im a licensed home inspector) without making me feel like anyone was forcing me into purchasing or purchasing any one particular vehicle over another.Since I have had this vehicle, any service or maintenance trips have been soooo much better than other dealerships I have purchased from in the past. They always get to me promptly and have service professionals who are actually service professionals and treat you like a valued customer.Case in point: my 2019 Rav-4 recently experienced a break-down while driving on the highway. I was able to make it to the side of the road safely and, after checking the vehicle for any apparent problems, could get going again and make it into the dealership unannounced.Even though their bookings were full that day, they still got someone to help me in a reasonable amount of time and got me back on the road in a new loaner vehicle for the extent of time they have my vehicle for repairs. It seems it was an internal transmission error caused by the electrical system in the vehicle.Still, thanks to Toyotas robust vehicle warranty plans, they are replacing the entire transmission on warranty, and not a dime comes out of my pocket. I definitely cant complain there!All in all, The staff at Toyota of Olympia have treated me better than any other dealership I have had the misfortune of servicing my vehicle with, and I would not, for a second, hesitate to recommend this dealership and is staff to anyone I know!

TL;DR They are happy to renege on their price quotes if they can sell your car to someone else for more money.We just had a VERY frustrating experience with Toyota of Olympia. We have been looking for a 4WD Sienna for quite some time (over a year), and we thought we had finally found one that we could afford at Toyota of Olympia, who gave us a very competitive quote. Unfortunately it all turned out to be too good to be true, due to their bait-and-switch tactics.The good:All of the various people that we talked to were very pleasant on the phone.The bad:They had us pay $1000 to hold the car that we had received the quote for, and told us that the car would be on the lot in 2 weeks. That date came and went with no further contact from them, so we called back and got a new estimate of 2 more weeks. Again, that time came and went, and they told us it would be actually be 6 more weeks (this would be 2.5 months from when we put down our deposit).Suddenly, with no prior notice to us, the car arrived on the lot, 2 weeks before their latest estimated due date. We cancelled our plans for the day (including celebrating my Fathers birthday!) moved a bunch of money into our checking account, and made plans to have a friend drive one of us to the dealership while the other stayed home to watch the kids. After all of this was done, Toyota of Olympia dropped a HUGE bombshell on us: they told us that our True Car price quote had expired (despite the fact that there was never a time limit/expiry date mentioned, nor have they been able to provide any documentation showing that there ever was a time limit) and that our new quote was going to be **$7500!!!** more than the previous one. They also really poured on the pressure to buy, since our $1k deposit only gave us a single day hold.In the end, we waffled a bit too long, since we couldnt really afford to pay an extra $7500 without making sacrifices elsewhere in our life, and they ended up selling the car out from under us (the day after they initially called us to let us know that the car was on the lot).I understand that there are parts shortages going on that are influencing the supply & demand model, but the least they could have done as soon as they found out that their pricing was likely to change would have been to inform us. We asked for confirmation of the price *every single time* we called up to get update on the delivery date, and they always told us that we guaranteed to get the car at our original quote.We ended up making a lot of life choices based on the promises that Toyota of Olympia made to us (fool me once, shame on me, I guess), that we will now have to go back and revisit thanks to the way that they treated us. One thing is for sure, we will NEVER be purchasing a car from them.

BEST experience at a car dealership EVER!!! I worked with Deion to get the new Venza that I wanted and he was amazing! One of the most genuine individuals Ive ever experienced working with. He was so honest, upfront and so helpful. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He also was so helpful in making sure I knew how to work all the features in my new car. I seriously went to 8 other dealerships and drove a lot of cars and Deion and the team at Toyota of Olympia were hands down the most kind and professional. I would recommended them to anyone!

Recall work being done. Son in law takes car in per their request via letter with talk of a loaner. Was told to sit and wait for 4 hours. When I came to pick him up Corey and old guy to his right couldn’t explain why no courtesy ride was offered as had JUST happened to an older gentleman, who wasn’t a POC. Your repair service needs lessons in customer service! When asked why no ride was offered “old worker guy” kept saying “I didn’t check him in, nor did he offer a courtesy pick up when the work was completed and Corey who checked him in just stared at his computer screen not saying a word!

So bought a new car, first one in a long time. Did some homework before hand, got pre-approved, and went in knowing what I wanted. Called in to set an appointment, got a girl named Ashley, very friendly. Soft voice. Knowledgeable. Got set up with Mafi for sales, super big dude. Im pretty tall at 62 and he was bigger than me. Super friendly. Relaxed, chill. Didnt talk about the car or numbers unless asked. Didnt try to up-sell me on anything else. We both knew what I wanted and we stuck with that. Did not do a trade in, he drove it back to my house for me and I drove him back to the lot. It wasnt some big deal for him, he genuinely seemed happy to do it. I work sales as it is, and I know the difference between fake nice and actually nice. These 2 hit it out of the park in their demeanor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with them.

Im very disappointed in the customer service at this location. We were very interested in a certain car, called Sat night and made an appointment to test drive on Sunday. We said we were open for whatever available time. The salesperson chose the appointment at 12pm today. My husband went in at his scheduled time to test drive the car to find out someone had walked in with no appointment and was currently signing papers on it. If we would have gotten a call and said someone was wanting to see it we would have came in immediately. Or we would have come in at opening if we would have been given the choice. We have done a lot of looking and were 100% sold, had our loan all set up through our bank and ready to buy. We will not be shopping at this location, so disappointing. Couldnt even call us to tell us before we drove in.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had.Joy from the internet sales team made the whole process so simple, the deal was practically wrapped up before I even arrived.The negotiating over email was simple and to the point. Other dealerships either wouldnt give a number over email or would just wait until another dealership threw a number out and they could match. T of Olympia threw a number right out of the gate that was incredibly reasonable and within line of all the research I did.We drove for two and half hours just to get this deal.-NO Games when we got there. Car was ready and exactly as advertised.-NO price changes. The deal was exactly the same as I was told via email.-NO bait and switch. Dwain knew the product and never pressured us.We bought a new car here and would recommend anyone within a few hours drive to do the same.

So their site doesnt have a place to leave a review so I will leave it here. After hours of negotiating with the manager for a good deal to bring home a car that is not described on their site leaves a very distasteful thought of this dealership. No type of policy of returns or anything to be seen on their site and no one is yet to call me. Basically instead of a 16 speaker bose sound system, the car came with the basic 8 speaker, no memory seat, auto dimming mirror, ambient lighting, power steering wheel control, etc... None of these were provided as described on their site... With what we I got should have been 35-36k instead of 39-42k. Not to mention of the smoker smell and scratches in the back seat! Me and my wife came in for a 2018 Honda Civic hatchback and Lonnie helped us out . He was very friendly and I think I got a good deal out of it. We did come in a little late and I do feel bad but he was still very helpful and friendly . I was reading some negative reviews and I think some were a bit silly. I would recommend this place and Lonnie
