Really friendly guys. Brought in my own oil and filter and they swapped it out for me for $20.
My car flat-out died on the highway late one night driving home from Seattle to Portland, and I was towed to this place by chance, and it was a lucky break for me! After spending the night in their parking lot, sleeping in my car, Chris took a look at it first thing in the morning and was able to suss out the problem in not too much time (it was a tricky one, to be fair). The owner, Rick, was even kind enough to let me catch a couple hours of sleep on their couch while I waited. As it turned out, the engine was pretty much ruined and they had to source another one from a local junkyard, and there was a considerable amount of work to get it back up and running. Everything was done relatively quickly and for not terribly much, either, especially given the amount of work and materials it took to complete! Its sad that I have to live over 100 miles from this amazing shop, and I just hope that if my car ever breaks down again, it happens somewhere near Tumwater...
They quoted me for a part. They ordered wrong part and then when part didnt come in, in time... i needed car to be shipped to another state, had to pay for the labor even though nothing was done. Would not recommend them.
I had several parts repaired and replaced all at once, it was finished very quickly and I was given details and advice about future maintenance
Land scape looks better cut.
Friendly staff. The owner is often working the counter. Always fair prices. Theyve even fix things that I didnt know were wrong without charging me extra. I found a good honest auto repair shop that I can take my vehicles to and not worry about getting overcharged.
Friendly staff and good service.
