Wow this place...hmmm I dont know why he even has a store... he didnt have ANY THING OUT .... NO PHONES... CHARGERS...ADVERTISEMENTS OF ANY SORT. I came in for a particular deal... he had to go to the back to grab a used phone with prints all over it... definitely didnt look new... but he was trying to sell it .... full retail... Shame!!

They had 1 phone to show me. Didnt know when the next shipment would be in. It was just a desk when you walk in, nothing to do with cellular communication whatsoever. Wiered!!! But the guy was nice at least and willing to help meet get into the one phone he did have...

Super easy to work with. No hassle. I didnt believe the price of the phones and the type of service but its legit. Not much standing room in there so show up early but over I highly recommend over other lifeline services.

Derrick is the rudest representative and salesman Ive ever seen or spoken with in my entire 32 years of experience in my life. He argued with me that I was wrong and just to find out from his coworker Jeremy that I was actually right about the situation and experience that I had experience with a previous employee who scammed me and a few other people. Her name is Jennifer but she goes by Jersey. With her other partner DjEarthquake who also was in on the scheming scam.

SCAM!!My mother signed up for their service. She was given a phone that worked for about a week. Heres what they do. They take the money from the government for the lifeline program and they sign up for a bunch of Cricket family plans. The problem is everyone on the plan can view everyone else on the account and change voicemail passwords. Im pretty sure reselling family plans from AT&T (cricket) is illegal, but lets assume it isnt heres the real problem. THEY DONT PAY THE CRICKET BILL. My mother was getting notifications from cricket that the service would be shut off, and when we checked the account with cricket it shows that infinity (or Natalie as is shown on the cricket account page) owed $100 for the next month of service, and that it hadnt been paid yet and that the service would terminate at midnight. I went to the office at Pine and Lewis and spoke with the woman in the office who assured me that it was normal to get those notifications each month and that the service wouldnt get cut off. Fast forward to after midnight and the service was shut off for my mother and the 4 other lifeline program members who happened to be on the same account. Sure enough cricket shows the bill hasnt been paid. Im attaching a screen shot of the actual cricket account page showing the suspended service. Now they are closed today and we cant talk to anyone. So I guess we wait till tomorrow and what, ask them to pay their bills and actually provide phone service if they are going to take government money..

This test was really hard to find I really wish they would have got and I stand alone building somewhere out in the open on the Main Street and Ivy you look up and you drive down through this neighborhood and then the buildings there I almost feel like youre going to someones home my cell phone provider make me laugh a lot and take my mind off of very hot day it looks like they have some work to do I hope you guys get it done good luck to you

They flash their sky device phones with EU firmware. This in turn makes phone useless for hotspot and you will see a TEE Google KEY Msg that will not go away on your screen in big bold red text. They do not answer the phones. I will be going back to assist soon.

I love my new SKY phone from INFINTI MOBILE.

I hate this service. I was told I would get unlimited minutes and I only got 1500 and every time I call the customer service no one returns my calls. I am reporting you all to the FCC. I was also to get 2gs of data and I only got about 500mbs. This is the worse company ever.

Store never open, nobody ever cares to answer phones, they have no warranty if the phone stops working youre screwed and have to buy a new one which definitely sucks when youre relying on the one dollar a month service cuz YOURE BROKE. So yeah I hate them. Oh and other than two people I met, horrible customer service.

I was told they was open I been there twice this morning. I dont know how to make a appointment when they dont answer. I called yesterday and today. I left messages yesterday. What do I do to come back, I live a hour away

This is supposed to be a $1month government phonefrom Infiniti mobile and it gets shut off all the time, and says it goes to cricket and I have to pay them $45 ?! Some wack job came to my house and took mybinfoband gave me this phone saying it was a government phone, andvthenbyou dont answer your customer service lines?
