Do not waste your time going into this location; they are the opposite of help and will sale you something but as soon as you walk out the store they will not help you in any way if there is a problem. The opposite of customer service and in some ways it’s actually impressive how terrible they are. It takes work to be that bad

I needed to setup internet at my new apartment and Ethan was awesome. He was great at informing me of all of the options of service that were available. He was very kind and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. I would recommend going to see him here.
Nicholas helped us set up a new plan as well as pre-order the new iPhones, and the process was very stress free and smooth sailing. We hit a snag at the end that was outside of our control, and he helped us to get it resolved.

There were 3 guys in the store on Peoria. They were so much fun! We talked about different types of Tea and food until another customer came in. I left my phone with them to download and it was ready when I got back! Treated me like family! I like this store!

I went in to add a line to my account. It took hours and the phone never worked. I had to sit with ATT on the phone for several more hours. Then only to find the phone that I walked out with I was paying full price for instead of the phone I was wanting to purchase. They said they were out of stock and said I could go to the next step up for $4 more a month with out mentioning the fact it would be full price another $420 from what I was expecting. ATT told me that part over the phone while I was trying to get it to work. Funny but an actual ATT store had the phone I wanted the whole time. So upon returning an overpriced non working phone I was told I had to pay another $4 on top of the $50 I paid for the taxes on the phone. So I essentially got ripped off again for getting ripped off originally. Beware of these bozos they are con artist go directly to an ATT store and save your time and money.
First time, in the years Ive been with AT&T.The gentleman made me give him my drivers license, just to pay my bill.If it happens again.Im going to Verizon.
I received excellent customer service at the 3722 South Peoria location. I live near 81st and Memorial, but choose to drive the farther distance to receive great service.

CJ was amazing! He is very patient and answered all of our questions. He made the entire experience of getting a new iPhone, and transferring the data from the old iPhone, simple and easy. There were several issues getting our phones as well we were turned away saying our numbers could not be activated, which I ended up calling and getting them activated. Was given the wrong phone as well the manager said due to all the issues he would wave all the fees, attempted to contact for several days and he staff informed me they had no idea where their manager had been for days. All fees were not waved and any time I called the store they said I had to call 611 if I wanted anything done. As well was asked to change my review because they wanted their store bonus. As well when asked if I wanted to be enrolled in autopsy they said I was so I would get thediscount and it never happened. I should not have to do everything myself when I go into a store for service. . .

Watch out, Brandon will add fees on to your bill without telling you. They all have a quota to meet for certain “add ons”. For example.. I told Brandon I did not want the insurance but yet it showed up on my bill. He also added ATT next up which I did not ask for. I was on hold with ATT for 45 min trying to get these fraudulent charges removed. The ATT representative told me that they are having problems with store reps doing this to meet their quota then the customer has to call and cancel them for which the store rep still gets credit for. This is not an appropriate practice and is fraudulent in nature. Further, I was charged an upgrade fee that I was not notified of either.
Kirsten was AMAZING! We ended up having to spend a decent amount of time in the store to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. She made it that the 2.5 hours seemed to go by fast and was actually enjoyable. Thank you so much Kirsten for your excellent service and welcoming attitude!

When we visited this store, we had a goal in mind and questions that needed to be answered before pursuing the rest of our phone plans. The service was fast and efficient and the product we received was of great value. We did not truly appreciate the sales tactics from the sales person on how he delivered his pitches. It was as if we only had one option and he was rushing us to get out of the store and just push the sale right on through. I did not appreciate him fully explaining the reason for his choice until after and then letting us know other options we could of chosen. I did not appreciate the pushy inconsiderate side of the salesmen. If I had not done my research or spoke up from time to time about my concerns I know we would have left paying a much higher bill for the service and product.

There was a dude named Michael and he made me and my husband feel like we were the greatest customers in the world. Give that man a raise for putting up with us. Also visit this location- they are always super helpful and not too pushy.
The lady was very helpful with helping me set up my new IPhone and showed me how to use it. My son even said “I wish I had her to show me how to use my new iPhone when I got mine”. Very satisfied with the service here!

I was sold a mifi device for $125.00. When I changed my mind on it a week later the store refused to refund me even though the receipt showed I had two weeks to return it. They suggested I try and sell it on marketplace. I looked online and this device is selling for $60. I am going to have assume they sold something they had in the back and either pocketed my money or just got rid of old inventory.
My husband and I went into this location for a new phone and the guys helping us (Tristan & the manager) were awesome! Extremely helpful and thorough. We will definitely be back.

I wish to put a kudos out to Michael at this store. Last week, I went in trying to get my business account collapsed and changed into a personal plan. I have been trying to do this over the last few weeks with endless phone times and being shuffled from one department to the next with no resolve. I explained to Michael my challenges and he accepted without hesitance. After 90 minutes fore which I knew was not going to be easy task, he completed the task with a smile and saved me an immense amount of further headaches. Ive got his card now and plan to make him my go to in the future. Thank you Michael for the excellent service and patience.

Great service, polite, helpful, and patient! Loved my experience here! I bought an iPhone 7plus and had lots of trouble getting things to work properly because I was also signed into somebody elses I cloud on my old Iphone and I could not figure out what to do. The guy that was helping me (Dillon) helped me figure it all out though and made me feel welcomed and like I wasnt being a burden on him. He helped me for over two hours. He was very patient and helpful through every step of the way of getting new service and I did not feel like he was just trying to get a sale. Will come back to this location!

Blake P. truly goes out of his way to help. He is knowledgable, nice and helps you simplify the sometimes confusing aspects of the cellular world.
They will unfairly charge you hidden fees and they have increased their prices. Also they have increased their prices. I also was told that because someone was harassing on my phone that they would change my # for free. They did not and their manager said that I was be charged fairly for everything. Just stick with Verizon.
