I used to be very happy with Logix but twice in the past 2 years we have had outages that lasted multiple days. I guess when your using AT&T copper you cant build any redundancy.Hopefully BTC completes their fiber and we can get something reliable in our business.

My company handles IT and Phone equipment technologies for our clients and in every instance we have to work alongside and communicate with the local Dial tone and Bandwidth providers. Logix and its Local staff are by far the easiest Bandwidth and Dial tone service provider we work with; we always get a live support representative or local rep to coordinate and work alongside. One instance that comes time mind is a client of ours who was so frustrated with current services with a large local provider they cancelled services without having a backup plan. We reached out to Logix and they did a special Install for this client in under 7 days to ensure there was service when the other provider disconnected. Logix did not do this because it was an opportunity, the staff fought to get this in place because a local business would have been crippled without it.

They will tell you you can get out of your contract at anytime but they will renew your contract without your authorization. They rope you into a three year contract without even telling you. They are charging me $5,000 and will not let me out of my three year contract they auto renewed without even a notice. Liars and Con-artists.

I have worked with Logix for several years now and I have received excellent service in all aspects of the business. I would highly recommend Logix to other business owners if the opportunity should ever arise.

We have had the pleasure of working with Logix Communications for several years. They provide our internet and phone services. We are getting twice the speed on our internet for about half the cost and have saved hundreds of dollars. Their quality of service and customer service far surpasses any of our previous providers. One phone call to the 800 number and my problems are resolved promptly. My local, Tulsa, representatives are always there to assist and are very knowledge about their products and services. We are a in smart building and our Logix reps have upgraded our products to the fastest speeds available. We would recommend Logix Communication to any business that is looking for quality service.
