Didnt have a problem with them for 2 years until the recent emergency broadband benefit started. Since i enrolled with cox to help with the wifi bill, easy wireless turned my service off at 3am. I thought it was free because i have snap benefits and being a single mom i now have no phone service. So if you dont enroll with EBB through them, theyll disconnect your phone service!!

This location was claimed however it took me close to an hour to get my new service and phone and i was 1st in line. but it wasnt EZ Wireless staffs fault, because the guy who help me was waiting on my approval but all at all I had a good experience and the staff was pleasant and the phone tha I got ( A BLU J7L) was really cool. So because of my long wait I gave them 4 stars

I had this service for almost 3 years when they were giving phones to those in need out of their vehicles. The reason I stopped using them was for their lack of understanding and how their fine print changed often. Unlimited means UNLIMITED people!! There shouldnt be fine lines you have to read about that when youre never given any copies of paper work or sent detailed bills with updates. And when they shut your service off bc youve used all your UNLIMITED DATA, can really piss someone off. I wouldnt even give 1 star rating but had to in order to give review. Here it is almost 6 years later and a friend of mine just got their service 3 wks ago, and has had nothing but issues with her service! When I took her to store to get issues fixed we waited 2 and half hours before walking out of store. Easy wireless you need to get your s*** together!! Ive never been so angry with a business in my life!
I have been a customer for several years I dropped my phone and broke it I took it to the admiral office or store and the service I got was a person met me outside or sit on the ledge of the window outside while she took my information took my money took three tries to get my credit card through I still cant use my phone I have to use a borrowed this phone and I still do not have a service I cant even get Ive got somebody elses email on my phone that phone it was not completely set up when you give it to me and rush me out of the office Im a very very disappointed very dissatisfied anybody ask me about ezwireless theyre not going to be very good recommendation for me I sure hope the main office Sees this comment as I am disabled I do not drive and I cannot get back in to Tulsa at least another month I was told there was nothing she could do without seeing the phone

There is about 10 people in there waiting and all they was worried about is counting their money and getting it right when they should have already had that done. So I left and went to the one over on 36th Street north. The gentleman there was very nice and helped me right away. I give them 5 stars at 36th Street north.

Went in a few weeks ago and upgraded my phone! Had to return to store next day and Courtney was taking care of me! She went above and beyond trying to fix the phone she even tried 2 more like it and after about 2 hours found they had got some defective ones! So she got me setup with a phone that is very similar! LG Stylo 4 I love my phone and I am so thankful to Courtney for everything she did for me! I told her manager she needs a raise! Hopefully she will get one because she deserves it if nothing else an acknowledgement and free lunch! Thanks Courtney for the great service you provided for me that day! 🤗
Better than the one on 36th
I have my phone through them and it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg to get your phone upgraded to a better phone plus everyone you refer to them you get a $25.00 credit that you can use on more data or to upgrade the phone that you have! The only thing that I feel needs better improvement is the troubleshooting people that you talk to when you call their 800# I have called it 3 times in the last two days to get my data to work on my phone & the first time I was told the truth that the actual data didnt start at midnight on the date showed on my phone it actually started in the late afternoon probably cause thats when I started my service with easy wireless. But I still couldnt get my data to come on. The second time I called the lady checked and said that my phone was showing the wrong network so she switched it then told me to shut my phone off for a minute and then turn it on and I should have access to my data on my phone. Well I still didnt so I called again and told the next lady my situation and she questioned me again like the other two had done and still nothing so she said that I would have to call from another phone which I didnt have so I said forget and hung up. Well Im 54 and I dont have any kind of training for computers or cell phones but yet I still managed to do what they couldnt do! Cause I wouldnt be able to leave this review if I didnt have my data yet! All I had to do is go through my phones system updates and have it check on any updates which my phone switching to the next month of data is an update and it only took me a couple of minutes to get my data to work so that I can use it! It would of been very simple for them to tell me to check the updates on my phone and if that didnt work to call them back instead of telling me that I had to call from another phone! Im sorry but Im on a limited budget and I dont have more than one phone to my name and I live alone so I dont have anyone to allow me to use their phone to fix mine! If they cant explain to you what I would need to do myself to my phone then they need to train someone else that can do that and not expect them to be calling from a different phone! Else wise keep up the good work and affordable prices on upgrades for your phones and sorry so long!

This is the most inefficient phone service Ive ever experienced in my life. I had to return the first phone and then return only for them ti give me a cheaper phone that still had the same company and no service in my area
I always loved easy wireless until this weekend. I have always paid $25 for a replacement I have 4 receipts showing this over the time me being with them for years. I went in to get a replacement after phone was stolen and I had a $35 charge and they couldnt help at store I had to pay $35 for a phone they gave me for coming back not telling me it was $35. Then $25 for my replacement. $60 all together how could they charge me for a phone let me walk out with it then month later charge me for it and I paid $25 for it In the store. Spoke to customer service all they could do is give $10 credit and say sorry thats policy but its the employee Job to let me know policy when I signed back up.
Jessica was awesome so sweet and kind, even though other employees Dale, said they couldnt help me, she did .Jessica was helping everyone while Dale was not helping anyone, please hire more employees on admiral easy wire like Jessica, I was going to leave because Dale said yall offered no pay monthly plans and I was getting in my car, Jessica came outside to get me and told about the plans yall have, she was working on 3 other people and helping me while Dale. Sat there.

Went there to get a new account and phone. Provided my ID and snap card, and I asked up front if they required any other information or documents. I was told no they could look everything up. After over half an hour of waiting and watching them doing whatever behind the counter all of a sudden I needed extra documents. It is always so wonderful to have your time wasted and be lied to, especially when you are a new customer. I will be going elsewhere.
I went there to up grade my phone. With out questions they pull out the phone charged it up, and assigned it to me and I was out the door in about 30 minutes. They are well trained and know what they are doing. So give them a try if you are looking to switch phones. Now if you are wanting to upgrade their a fee for that. But well worth your time. They do a great job handling the workload that they have. When I first visited, I almost left because of the long wait but I waited and the staff was very efficient in taking care of everyone.
Great service in the Tulsa metro area and beyond. Jessica is especially great, takes time to listen to her customers and always goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of.

This is the slowest place Ive ever been in my life. It took three and a half hours to upgrade to a nicer phone from my old one. The employees are in bad moods so the atmosphere sucks. Only good thing is the cheap service.
There were a lot of people when I first came in, almost left too. Stuck it out and the wait wasnt too bad. Had an old phone and the guy there Dale was able to help me out with a new one and service. Looks busy but the wait aint too much

Friendly, quick service. The employees there were very helpful and knowledgeable. My son and his wife were treated with respect and kindness, along with my four-year-old granddaughter. I was very pleased with the service they received here.

I’m not sure what is going on here!! I came yesterday and was here 4 hours and left without a phone. Today I’ve been here over 3 hours and still don’t have s phone! Jessica is who has waited on us for both days. She needs a new method because us customers are getting passed off!! My moms phone was ready for 45 min just waiting to be activated and we still sit here.

Ez wireless wow. Just signed a renuwal and got red flagged the same day unlimited usages of text . Call 611 and got run a round . Said they dont have to live up to any advertising.a flaw on contact. Says they can change services at any time without notice. What the hell. Unlimited means what they set as minimum 4 gig.then they shut it off .

They need more help at the Easy Wireless store on Admiral. There are only two women working there & working as last as they can - at least one of the two women. Tamara is fantastic - good singer too🤗. I sit waiting to become the next person to be helped praying I get Tamara and not the other employee. She is not as knowledgeable & has little patience for those of us just learning to work a phone. I usually leave without some of the answers I need knowing Ill have to return and wait and wait - again, praying Ill get Tamara the next time. I have been there several times and it has taken me a minumin of two hours each time before being waited on. When youre helped they spend as much time as you need & wont go on to another client until all your questions are answered. This is the best aspect of these overworked employees. Go there with lots of patience and a great attitude - you will be seen! Hopefully by Tamara! 😀
