Over the last few years I have bought small items and large items and always feel like Im getting a good deal. Most recently, I purchased a TORO Super Recycler lawn mower that was in near perfect condition. Its a current model sold in Home Depot for $600 and I got it for $350 - a super deal. Heres the funny part, when I got home I noticed the blade was missing. Neither of us thought to check at the store. Marco made it easy for me though. I could come back and he would take care of it or I could pick a blade up closer to home and he would reimburse me for it. I am completely satisfied with this solution. My interactions with Marco have always left me with the sense that he is a man of integrity and runs his business the same way. I cant stress enough how great the customer service is with J&K Tools. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Marco is the man to see. I encountered some issues with a product I purchased and Marco was extremely understanding and nice enough to work out a deal with me. At the end of the day we were both happy. That’s what customer service is all about. Highly recommend!!
