We told the guy we brought 2 chainsaws in for repair. The guys first comment was not here. We thought he meant he didnt do chainsaw repair but he went on a tirade about how old the chainsaws were and how hed risk hurting himself. Granted, one is very old but runs, just needs carburetor work. My husband tried to tell him that, the guy asks if you owned a model T, would you drive it? I walked out at that point. The guy has ancient lawn mowers lined up by the door. But a chainsaw the same age, I guess thats outrageous?? Such a jackass.

Robert at All Saw is so knowledgeable. You would be hard pressed to come up with a problem that he had never heard of or be able to fix. Its because hes so good that you need to get your lawn equipment in as soon as possible before everyone and their mom (because my mom goes to Robert too) has their equipment in ahead of yours. Make sure you have your make, model and serial number, though. It makes everything easier.

This is a one man operation and a good one. I got my Toro self-propelled mower fixed to perfection. The man is very respectful and you need to give him ample time to work on your mower. It took exactly one week.

I called over there about 15 minutes before closing, was put on hold,i waited 15 minutes (i have a screenshot of my phone) and then they closed the store!!! ha ha ha ha, incredible.

I went in today to get my mower blades sharpened. Other lawn shops told me they had an all day turn around. That is not good considering my income comes from lawns.Now, my blades are very sharp and it only took about 10 minutes total. Im pretty sure the owner helped me out and either way he was a super nice guy.

Walked in with a mower that didnt start and he had it starting with the 1st pull within minutes. Highly recommended him for mowers. Definitely knows his stuff!

Ive been doing business with them over 15 years and they always deliver on quality and reasonable price. Just know that every spring they are overwhelmed with lawnmowers needing service from being unused all winter. Turn-around will take more time.

I’ve been using All Saw for 30+ years, way back when they were on Lewis south of 11th St. They have always offered good advice on how to fix my stuff, had or ordered quality parts needed at a fair price. Their short hours might be hard for a lot of folks, but he needs time to repair what comes in. He’s been a one man shop lately.

Tuned up and fixed the starter wire part on a lawn mower that had been sitting in storage 6 years. Mowed my lawn and its working great!

Will never be back. Guy behind the counter fell and started screaming and cursing blaming it on my baby who I was holding. Said he distracted him somehow? He became irate and literally started running around the store pretending to be a baby and said me and my baby can get the hell out of his store. I still can’t believe this actually happened. Weirdest day ever. The dude is a certifiable lunatic.

**DO NOT GO HERE**Sadly I had to change my 5 star review from 3 years ago to 1 star. Horrible experience. I assume it was the owner, an older man, came from the back when I walked in and immediately began berating me for coming in and keeping him from his work. He refused to help me or really allow me to speak, then angrily snatched a part I was holding from my hand. For some reason I continued to try and tell him what I needed fixed and he began loudly rambling about me not knowing anything (I definitely do not know anything about mowers, so I suppose he wasnt incorrect). I just silently turned to walk away and he began laughing and yelled something I couldnt understand.Do not go here.

I came in with limited chain saw knowledge and a broken chain saw. I left with knowledge to make me more confident about my device and and a service vendor I will use again and STRONGLY recommend.

Just plain rude. Gave hints since it was 4th July holiday everyone should be at the lake. Never even gave me chance to explain what was wrong with lawn mower. Just clamored that we dont fix Honda mowers.
