Great place since new management took over, not too quick of a turnaround to get clothes cleaned. Dryers run hot and the washers run with hot water. The management is really nice and friendly, definitely enjoy doing laundry here.

The place is vary good I recommend it and the frist 2 washer in the front they are bigger

Honestly, Now that its under new management I love this place. The atmosphere is clean and the staff/owner is so nice and helpful. I prefer this laundromat over all others. I use to drive 20 min out of my way to wash with hot water. They now have hot water and more working equipment. The improvements are coming along and the facility is functioning at a higher capacity. Above all, I am especially appreciative of the owner because she remembers the names of my children and always lends a helping hand. It is now so much more upbeat and friendlier and Im very much a happy customer!

The owners are very helpful! I had several (9+) loads of laundry and basically had no idea what I was doing. She helped me sort out everything and really made me feel a lot better about having that much laundry there. This is the best laundromat I’ve ever went to and won’t go anywhere else.

The new owners have this place in shipshape. It is a wonderful experience with wonderful people you are helpful through the whole process. They keep the machines and everything else incredibly clean and having the six load front washer got me in and out in record time! Highly recommend

Since the new owners this place has went up hill. They keep everything clean and are trying to fix everything. They are not rude and they do not refuse service when it gets close to closing. They also have hot water, a first in over 3 years. Another thing they do not mop while you are doing your laundry. I fell and hurt myself because the other people were always moping trying to hurry and get out. A big safety hazard!!! I LOVE the new owners!! Super sweet and caring people!!

Since under new management it is fantastic . I go every other day having 5 kids and they are always always clean and there are always washers and dryers available. The owners are very kind and quick to help . Love this Laundromat . . . Need to post phone number !

The owner of this facility has made it a joy to do laundry even for me as a single guy. Ive used the machines as well as to drop off service. the drop off service is better than anything that Ive ever experienced including when I was married.

Machines need to be updated had to dry my clothes several times and even left with several items not dried. The new owners are awesome and very friendly. They are working hard to update the facility and fix the problem areas.

Every single time I come to this laundromat I have issues with at least one machine. Today it was the washer. The lady working here did right and changed the load to another working machine. After that it was the dryer! The card readers do not work and after the “coin accepted” Light come on it over charged me EIGHT TIMES!! I showed the lady working here she explains that she can not refund the money she over charged me. Last week I let the issue go and didn’t post anything. So now here you go. Their are plenty of other places to go. Don’t waste your money going here. Terrible service, half the machines have out of order signs on them, the Grass ain’t cut, children running the laundromat at times no adult is in the facility.

Clean facility and Susan was such a great help to me. She went above and beyond!! I came in with 7 loads of laundry just needed the dryers. Clothes were dry in 30 minutes, that includes 2 king size quilts!!!

Laundromats clean and I dont have much of a problem theyre very light customer but its pretty good job on my laundry when Im in town

Im here once a week doing several loads of laundry. Awhile back I accidentally forgot my last load in the dryer( I had 12 that day) and instead of holding for me, since I was in there once a week, they took them home. The next week when I came in I asked about them and was told they are not responsible for items left. I understand that to a point but come on they new they were mine and knew who I was and that Im in weekly. To me the neighborly and decent thing to do was set them aside till U came in the next week. Instead the lady working was wearing my sons red Nike shirt! Other reasons why I wouldnt recommendThey have no hot waterThe older lady is down right rudeSeveral machines are NOT in working orderIts difficult to get your laundry card to work in several of the machinesSeveral washers are dirty where you put the soap in and inside the drum.2 thumbs down and a frowny face for this establishment

You use a cool debit card style system and machine prices are comparable to every other laundromat. Good machines, clean interior, nice staff. Usually not busy. Close to hard rock casino. If your forced to use laundry mat its the beat option on the east side

They need to reinvest in their business if they wish to keep customers. Half of the dryers are not in working condition. Prices are reasonable.

Very clean laundromat, no coins, $1 for a rechargeable card fee. Plenty of washers and dryers Available, one of the cleanest laundromats I went to. Only downside is they currently have no hot water but other than that, I would definitely come back when I’m in the area again!

They say online and the huge sign on the door that they’re open until 9. I did a load of laundry at 7 and put it in the dryer around 740, I went back to my hotel to shower and got back here around 820 and the place was closed... with all of my work clothes in there. I travel for work and this place really let me down. Not open until 8 the next day. Great communication letting customers know and following your 8-9.

2020 UpdateThe place has changed management, and theyve improved the place a fair bitThey brought hot water back, they got more machines working, and the place looks cleaner than ever. Even the pew got a long overdue deep cleaning.They sanitize the facility often and keep things looking tidy.The management kept a lot of what made the place familiar, such as the chalk boards, the tv, and the free literature.As a long time customer, Im pleased

This is seriously the only laundromat that I use highly recommended only flaw theres no hot water but the staff is super friendly and helpful and I can honestly say in the three years Ive been going here I havent had one bad experience

Meh. My dryer went out and its close to my house.I have been going there to use the dryers. About 30% of them do not function. The hours posted says it closes at 9 and last load at 8, which I get . But I have pulled up at 745 with just a quick load to dry only to be met by an older bleach blond woman who works there actually yelling at me from the door to the parking lot SIR WE ARE CLOSED! It is a functional place but it you want to go anywhere near after 7 oclock at night you will get harassed because the employee obviously hates her job and doesnt care.

The lady was very nice, helpful and honestly that helped a lot because I never used the new laundromat cards. This place was very clean (even the bathrooms) Never knew doing laundry could be so relaxing.

Went to wash some large blankets and was first scammed out of a dollar to buy the card which is the only method of payment that they accept. Then I noticed that it charges more for warm water and even more for hot water. I needed hot water so I paid the extra for hot water. When I went to the back to get change to add more money to my card for drying I noticed a sign that said they had no hot water and when I said something to the attendant on duty she was snotty and told me that it wouldnt have even worked if I had pressed the hot button. I wonder why my blankets came out wet then. This sign was posted at the very back of the building and where you wouldnt see it unless you had to go see the attendant for something. My boyfriend then asked for the owners names and was given the phone to speak with the manager who informed us that they had not had hot water for 6 months and that if we would like to leave a note for the owners she would make sure they got it..The final straw was when we tried to inform another lady who had used 3 XL washers on hot that she had also paid for a service that was not provided and the other younger attendant became confrontational and told us that it was posted and they werent required to post it up front where people could see it before they started their laundry. And also told us that everyone knew about it so it was our problem. The other lady, like us, knew nothing of this hot water issue and was as shocked as we were.Businesses should not be allowed to steal money from people. Luckily we own our own washer and dryer and only needed this for a one time necessity, but most people who frequent laudromats are on very tight budgets and this scam is taking their hard earned money out of their pockets and lining those of the theives that own the place.

Staff very polite, very clean, good drop off services. I dropped off some clothes to be washed dried and the staff called me when they were done not even two hours after I dropped them off

It use to be a good place to wash at, now half of the dryers dont work and when there was an outtage with all the dryers on 3/16/15 they stood around running their mouths instead of working to fix it and wont give the money back off their card system... stay away!!

Poor. They charge you 1.00 for a loadable card to use in their machines and then you have to place money on the card, a huge hassle. Half the machines are not functioning. They did not tell me they do not have hot water until I could not get the machine to turn on and that us when they tell you there is no hot water. So cold wash is the only option. Not sure what the drying experince will be, at least they will get warm I hooe. Not a pleasent experience at all. Will drive to a nice place next time that has hot water.

If you go in here. Watch out!!!!! They dont use Quarters. They have a card system. If you put 20 dallors on a card and only use 10 dallors you they will not give you your money money Back, it stay on a card. I told the older Blond Lady before I buy a card, So youre Scamming people out of there money if they dont use the rest thats on the card. She laugh and said Yes with a smile : ) I told her im not supporting your scam. So Watch out how you use this Landrymat. More than likely you will lose money here. I wont support a new scam. Might be good for Local people as long as they use this laundry mat all the time. But for Travelers its a scam

This place does not offer hot water or warm water only cold water but they will charge you if you select warm but youll still get cold water and not very clean
