Overall this place of business is very much respectful clean and well kept up the workers have amazing costumer service i wash here every Wednesday yes because for one its a discounted day and thats something thats a plus for me so with that being said you get my 5 stars

Typically kind of busy. Overall a good place to do laundry. You do use a card specific to this location, which is a little different than most mats. You can ask the attendant for the remaining balance on your card if you dont want to leave money on it.

Sorry to the customers I used to work there. But had a heat stroke that caused a heat attack and after everything Ive done trying to clean that place up I have not heard anything from the boss or owner I wouldnt recommend this place I feel like a pin cushion from being in the hospital

Love this place!!! Ive been going here for over a year now and never have an issue... All the ladies are awesome that Ive met. I have yet to meet the owner though. Anywho, great place to wash your clothes and dry also.. oh and every so many points you get $5 free from them on the laundry card you can reuse! Its awesome!!!

Buy a card and your monies to it washers were good and dryer used a couple times to get it dry. It is open late it is attended and there are cameras. Calm atmosphere, and loads of machines in good working order.

This is an EXCELLENT laundromat, close to my place of employment. I recommend to folks who visit my Hotel to use LSII to take care of their laundry needs while on vacation.

Great washing machine and,the staff person there attitude is okay sometimes thats on the evening shift, Dryer can be alittle more adjust menton temp Hi.

I have been doing my laundry here for 2 years and Ive never had a problem. The staff makes this a clean convenient place to do my laundry.

The staff there are nice and helps any costumer that needs help. Its has plenty of space so youre not crowded and all their machines work .

Most of the washers were broken the dryer didnt work clothes came out the same way they went in wet. The heat inside the building was as bad if not worse than outside. Will never use another laundry station ever.

Good place so far, slightly annoying that the attendants girlfriend parked right in front of the door, rap music playing loud and Jesus bumper stickers on display (I dont object to the stickers but it was ironic).

If you dont have a washer and dryer at the house this is a good alternate. Attendant on duty keeps the place clean. The beast time to go is on Wednesday when all machines are half off. Avoid after work and on the weekends late if you want to get a dryer. Clean bathrooms, plenty of seating and things for the kids. WiFi is spotty but not a deal breaker.

Rude customer service, dirty laundry floors smelly washer inside and out. No air-conditioning! Wouldnt recommend anybody to this place.

Id give 0 stars if possible. Set there for 2 hrs my clothes are still dirty, we dried multiple times and the clothes are still soaked still. So now we have to go spend more money at a different laundromat just have clean dry clothes.

I would give negative stars if it were an option. I dropped my clothes off and paid $50 for laundry service to have $90 worth of clothing missing, to be told theres nothing they can do about it.

We go here to do laundry and we live at 51st and Lewis. The machines work good. They have an assistant there at all times. And if you want to drop your laundry off to be washed by the lady there that can be done by the pound as well. The have an area to buy soap, softener s and other laundry supplies. Its always pretty clean when we go.

Laundry washing machines a little high attendant didnt wear a face mask. Need atm they dont take a debit card if you dont have enough change.

Last Load is at 9:30pm. We are not a quarter machine laundromat. cards are 2.00. We dont accept a lot of change! You can cash in your laundry card as long as its 10.00 or less. We close at 11pm. Thank You.

Opens super early, always clean, fair prices to wash & dry. I would recommend going as early as possible. Before it gets super busy. Wednesdays - they have I believe a 10% discount. Im sure if you need to make sure before you go call them. Very friendly & kind staff. Will help you to the best of their ability.Not the atmosphere Id bring my children into because boredom would set in & theyre is not anything for kids to do in the area close by. They have numerous washes and dryers, cheap to do laundry there.

This place is great. I have been washing here a few weeks and the atmosphere is friendly, the staff is great and the prices are affordable. There is entertainment for children and adults via T.V.s with the news or disney channels, vending machines, claw machines and convenient tables that you can fold your laundry on. They also have deals for repeating customers which I plan to be.

I like going early to avoid the crowd. Stay safe as possible.

The Laundry station was clean and organized. The attendant was aware of my presence. I spent 2.25 for the washer and 50 cents to dry. I spent like 1.00 to dry my load. There was televisions to grab my attention to pass the wait time and the people were kind and to themselves. Not a bad experience. There was even an outlet to charge my phone at one of the folding stations.

Seems a little steeply priced. Also they dont take debit/credit card and its too much of a hassle for me to have to keep digging up cash. Also even if you do have cash you have to load it onto one of their laundry cards which takes even more time.

Great place to get all laundry done

If you have to go wash your clothes at a laundromat, use this one. Its clean and the machines are good. You will pay more then a coin place, but I think its worth it because it is safe, and clean, and all around better place then the other choices in the same area.

Good laundry mat. Horrible management and staffing. Don’t give proper notice to refunds of your cards, nor do they give you refund in my experience 9/10 times because of the lack of money. so they say without checking. Idk about other locations but this one gets one star cause I can’t go lower

I am an attendant at Laundry station 2 and we are open from 7 am and we close at 10:00 pm now and the last load of Laundry goes in at 8:30 and if it is past 10:00pm and your stuff is still inside you will have to come back when we open we are open through this virus and we have some rules now one rule is DO NOT SHAKE OUT YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY only because it minimizes the possibility of virus being dispersed through air and bikes and grocery carts are NOT allowed inside the Laundry matt they must stay outside hope this had cleared up some questions and concerns thank you and have a nice day 😊

This evening was my first time here, since Ive moved into the neighborhood. Oh, did I tell you I did 5 double washers and 1 huge commercial size washer. It took right at 2 hours, tired yes! Will I go back yes. Just definitely got to find where all the good for dryers are. Oh and most definitely not waiting to laundry when everything is dirty.... So maybe 2men time there will be a better experience.

Used to be a great place to wash but management simply does not care about who they hire. Very lazy employees, the place is dirty 80% of the time. A/C is hardly ever working. The only good thing about this place is the washers and dryers are only about a year or two old (newer machines).

First of all, this is not a coin opporated laundromat. ALL of their machines only take credit card. Second, the lady working the front was beyond rude and was not willing to help me out. She seemed pissed to see me coming in at 10 (they close at midnight).I was relieved to find a laundromat opened past 9, especially since I work so late. But this is not a place I will EVER waste my gas and time to try out again.

The workers never know what to do when a problem comes up. The dryers NEVER WORK!! EVER! Trying to be refunded your dollar will take an act of God. Everyone smells like weed and they let their kids run around out of control. Take your business somewhere else

The employees that work there are super lazy, all the washer machines on top be grimy with old soap and dirt. They let water from leaky washer machines on the floor until the who cycle complete instead of cleaning it up as it going on. I seen a kid fall pretty hard because of it then they tried to act like they was cleaning up when they was just told by other customers 30 minutes prior it need to be clean up. We only go because it the closest and they stay open late. The owners need to clean house with the employees

She said the drop up price will be rising soon bc of... Trump. Really! I looked at her and she began to back track her words. I just told her nevermind.Lol! Other than that great place to wash clothes. They use laundry cards which is convenient especially if you are a budgeter. Also half price Wednesday!!!

The dryers used to be alot better. The last 2 times I was there I had to re-dry 2 loads and still they were not all the way dry.
