Doing laundry at Liberty is awesome! Clean, friendly and helpful. A little more cost but so worth it. I dont have to worry my clothes getting holes because they have excellent maintenance. Always have supplies in stock. You can use debit/visa card, quarters or get their own laundry card for free. Finally a place you can feel the air conditioning on. Their cleaning schedule is so efficient, so It looks, smells, and feels clean all the time!

Very clean, awesome newer heavy duty and large capacity machines, that always smell fresh and not like mildew . Almost all machines are in working order and the staff is very friendly and social. It’s a very nice place in a nice area of town to do your laundry, plenty of tables, machines and baskets for all. No homeless or trouble makers wandering the parking lot. Just a nice peaceful place to wash your clothes and chat a bit with others . I drive the extra few miles and pay a bit more just to wash my clothes at this location .

I brought my old army sleeping bag here to wash because it was too big for my machine at home. They have machines capable of washing 2 or more sleeping bags at the same time. The equipment was well maintained and in good working order. The facility is also clean and well maintained. The attendants were friendly and helpful. They also provide free coffee and wifi. Overall a great experience.

Sharon did an awesome job with my whites & sheets. I enjoyed my laundry being folding & being able to come & pick up when done. It was my first time doing this service & she explained everything perfectly. Ill be recommending this to everyone i know with a home dryer or washer! Thank you Sharon!

Attendant Super helpful. This is the most cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. I would recommend this location 100 times over. Will come back again when needed. Waited on as soon as I walked in to drop off a comforter to be cleaned. They had a time of approximate ready time. They text me a little over an hour later to pick up. Very clean and organized facility.

I’ve use this laundry mat for five years and I’ve never had a problem. Today about a third of my clothes were stolen from the dryer. I had a pair of Laker shorts, a few nice shirts, and a Sephora blanket from Victoria’s Secret that’s worth about $100 That was stolen. I am very dissatisfied and unpleased. Make sure that you Pay close attention to your clothes.

Clean facility to either drop off laundry or do it yourself. Staff was friendly, helpful and had my comforter looking like new.

They always do a great job and are very friendly too. They fold and sort everything accordingly. Always remember who I am when I come in and will make changes for whats needed for your laundry. I have been using this laundromat on Delaware for almost a year now and Ill continue to do so.

Large, clean facility. The washers and dryers look new and worked great. To me the price was steep, but it’s been a long time since I’ve used a laundromat. Staff was friendly and frequently walked the floor checking on you as well as tidied up the facility by closing the doors to unused machines and taking unused carts back to the front. They also have drop off laundry service which the employee told me has a quick turn around. There was also a food and drink vending machine as well as complimentary coffee.

I like this place. It can be a little more pricy but its more clean and well kept then a lot of laundry mats. Thats what is worth paying for. Staff is friendly 🤙🏻

Its clean and in a good location. I like that fact that they have: 1. ATM, 2. Change machine, 3. Can use either card or coins to run the machines, 4. Newer machines and lots of them.

Our washing machine door broke as we started to do laundry this afternoon. This was an excellent choice for our laundry today. Kirsten was great! She greeted us and even offered to turn a bench around so my wife could sit and read rather than stand. The machines were easy to use and there was plenty of room and carts for everyone to work on their laundry. Thanks for helping ease the stress on a rough day!

It is a clean facility, helpful staff associate that assisted me with how to properly use the machines once he found out it was my 1st time there. I personally thought it was a bit expensive but, I am comparing it to the facility that I normally use closer to my home which, now I view not as clean as it could be and having me think more about the cleanliness of the machines that I use to clean my clothes. So, I will do a closer comparison and who knows, Liberty Laundry may be my new laundry spot! All-in-all it is a nice place to wash your clothes.

If you have to use a laundromat I recommend this one attendant on site, lots of big loader washers and dryers, and very clean!!!

The cleanest laundry mat Ive ever seen. All the machines look new. None were out of order. They take credit/ debit cards and also tap and pay!. Free Wi fi snack machines and pop machines. Washers and dryers are huge of you need one. 8 loads at one time!! So worth every quarter!

Very pleased with this location. I was happy to see they have washers and dryers for very large loads, up to 8 loads. The facility is very clean. Both the washers and dryers work well and efficiently. The free wi-fi is nice too.

This is like the restaurant among all the fast food of laundromat places.

Been to the laundromat twice on Delaware. Giving it three stars because its very clean, u can pay with ur debit card, bathroom very clean. I would give it 5 stars if the staff on duty were actually friendly with the customer s. Admittedly, Im very quiet but if I worked there, I would at least greet the customer with welcome to liberty laundry. State my name, any questions feel free to ask. Thats it. Obviously once it gets busy. Im sure doing that with every customer would be more of a challenge but I would put forth the effort. Good customer service is rare anywhere these days unfortunately.

This place was nice and clean everybody was wearing masks I really love it.. The machines clean before and after wash and the table being wiped down after every uses.

We needed to have a comforter laundered. Liberty is very clean and professionally operated. Kirsten was outstanding in attitude and knowledge. It was my first time to use Liberty. I was very impressed.

We dont go here often, but when we do we always love the experience. Plenty of machines in varying sizes, theres pretty much always a couple of empty ones... Prices are pretty decent too. Especially if you can snag the large machines!

Good place for small loads, but if you have a bunch of laundry it might cost you.There are only speed queens and the cheapest washer is $4 a load.The environment was clean and well lit. They are also open until 9pm apposed to many laundromats in the area that close at 8pm.The staff is courteous and answered any questions I had.The dryers are pretty fast drying as well.They have an ATM, change machine, and washing/drying/folding services available.Additionally, on all the machines there is an option to pay with your credit card as well as coins.The folding tables are a little small but sufficient enough for small amounts of clothing. Anything bigger you may need to take up 2 spaces.Overall its a good place that seems clean, safe, convenient, and maintained. Though it is certainly not the cheapest, it suited my needs of a small load. I will most likely go back for my next load.

This is a wonderful staff that works here! Very professional and polite. Due to my busy work schedule and living in an apartment I found it very convenient to use their drop off services for my laundry! They would make sure all of my pockets were empty and if they found anything it would be placed inside a ziplock bag with my name on it. I used them for all 3 years I was in Tulsa and would HIGHLY recommend this location to do your laundry.

I haven’t been in a laundromat in a long time. I came today, and I LOVED it! They play inspiring music, the whole place is clean, and the staff is so kind. There are lots of laundry options available, and I got everything done way faster than I thought I would! I actually enjoyed sitting there and waiting for my laundry to be done. Great facility, great prices (nothing more than $3.75), and lots of places to sit!

I really enjoyed the service at Liberty Laundry this morning. I called and asked questions prior to coming and Bill answered my inquiries. While there, Bill remembered me from the phone call and was very helpful and kind in teaching me how to use the machines. I have a clean comforter and it smells beautiful! This was my first time to ever use a laundromat. Thank you Stephen for your help in explaining how it all works! The staff was very helpful and the establishment was very clean. It was also very easy to get my school work done too. They offer very convenient payment options for using their machines: quarters, turn dollars into quarters, ATM, or my personal favorite, just swiping my debit/credit card at the machine to pay for it that way. I am very pleased with Liberty Laundry.

Liberty Laundry is one of the cleanest, friendliest, affordable laundrys around. Have know the family that owns it for years. The reason I said one of the places is because they have other locations. Washer went out and have visited the Delaware location twice now. Great place! The attendant on duty, Brant was very pleasant, great to talk to and helpful. If your need a place to do laundry, give them a try. They will even do your laundry for you. Be sure to ask about their laundry service too.

Great place to do laundry. Clean and safe. Always easy to get change. Several other options to pay as well. Attendants always helpful and polite. They open early on Saturdays so it nice to get laundry done early and have the rest of the weekend free.

Darol was great! He told me that my laundry would be done by 3pm and I was notified at noon that it was done!

This is the cleanest & absolutely the best laundry mat I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Employees are so friendly and helpful. Hot coffee. Wi-Fi. Huge dryers that actually dries your clothes no matter the size, 3,5, etc loads, in 30 minutes.

Its a very nice looking place. When I visit Tulsa with family I have dropped off my laundry twice and notice the price is absolutely ridiculous at least compared to Springfield Missouri which has a facility thats just as nice. Also the three times that I have been there when I get back Im always receiving a nice gift from somebody else with their things in my clothing such as kids clothes or some ladies top. This is happened every time. Looks to me that theyre not very careful with keeping track of laundry.

This establishment is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. ***However, on more than one occasion when you arrive merely 5 minutes after their doors have opened, it’s already packed so tight you have to wait 30 min or more until a washer is available to you. Because business owners show up before they open and they sit and wait and then they take up all of the bigger washers, only leaving the smallest available. Businesses or those with a lot of laundry should have a limit on how many washers they can use. It’s hard to know when they won’t be busy like that, I’ve come at different hours and each time it’s packed! The only reason I come back is because they have card readers.

Very clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. With the great variety of washer and dryer sizes, you can wash anything here. And the card readers for each machine make it so easy to do your laundry without keeping up with scads of coins. I will definitely be back with my bulky bedding the next time it needs washed.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a staff that was eager to help.This place is spacious, always fully stocked on TIDE, and even had a little old-school arcade table to pass the time.Im a big fan of their other locations too, but this one is actually my favorite.

This is a wonderful clean & light airy facility with open glass to feel comfortable with benches to sit & wait. Every size washer & dryer, baskets with wheels with hanging rack attached for hanging delicates right out of washing machine & directly from dryer also for transporting heavy towels from washer to dryer. A definite plus!! Also very helpful attendant who had to vacuum out the big washer and sweep up my king size mattress pad comforter that exploded in the wash!! Amazing laundry mat!!

Washers and dryers work great. Love their 8 load washers and dryers. They need more rolling carts... there’s like 8 and people will “reserve” them by putting their baskets in them and sitting next to them. Even though there are people that need one to switch their clothes. The staff is nice. Customers are rude and inconsiderate.

I have been using laundrymats since my husband and I retired and downsized. I have had the most UNFORTUNATE experiences right down to having someone lift my change off the washer as I was LOADING. I have had my laundry lifted out of the dryer as I was folding another load. I thought I would outsmart thieves and put my money on the laundry mats card only to find you have a limited amount of time to use it and if you dont well too bad for you. They did however give me a five page claim form of which I filled out right there turned it in and got the employees name. Well six weeks later and many calls I went in to find out about the twenty dollar refund from the card and wait for it. ........... Well. ........... You got it no one was employed by the name I was given and after much paper wrestling inthe office my claim was not located and the cherry on top? Too much time had passed to file a new claim #^^/##$//After informing my husband that if he didnt locate a laundry that was clean, safe and the machines didnt have that wonderful aroma of goodness knows what had been in there already I was planning to have a washer and dryer put right smack in the middle of our living room! Well Im happy to report that for two years I have been doing our laundry at Liberty with NOT ONE INCIDENT! One more thing. .. my hubby had a massive heart attack and two weeks later grace here broke my leg want a shock? The laundry staff did my laundry and dropped it off! The charge was minimal the clothes were perfect and I will never go to another laundry again. This place is comfortable clean and friendly as though you were in your laundry room. Vicki Hall
