Excellent experience great products affordable 👌I called to set up service and spoke with a rep. She was so friendly and helpful. She was pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable about my questions. She made sure I understood everything she said. She kept me informed on what she was doing in the process of setting up our bussines accounts.She transferred me to another agent to set up my service and have a tech come out to install. He was very efficient and professional and very friendly. He made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. He was extremely polite and personable. Ive had this service in the past and am extremely delighted that my area is covered to use their service again.Thank you Telxp for making the effort to keep things simple and quick.
I called them when my internet was down and they send a tech the very next day. He changed the faulty equipment and I wasnt charged at all for this dispatch since there was a problem with the equipment. I must say that is an excellent customer support.

They need better support. If it goes off at night, or on weekends there is no one available for help. When it comes bacon, it doesnt just start working. You have to keep calling until someone can talk you through getting it back on. I am tired of paying for days of no service, because they cant keep it working.
Our internet goes out repeatedly. They do not have tech service available after normal business hours M-F 8am-5pm. Its yet again 6pm on a Friday night so we will be without internet all weekend. THREE times when we have called for tech service it was because of a past due bill to which the guys says We have your cc info on file. Ok if we charge that? Ummm yes this is the THIRD time we have told them to put us on auto-pay. Completely disappointed and a waste of our time and money.
