Avoid Tori. She is a liar and a thief. My husband ordered online. He asked me to pick up the modem for our internet. When I showed up, Tori helped me. She asked if I new the price, which I said no. She said it was 97 a month for my internet with modem, but she could add a phone and make it 77 a month and give me free unlimited data. I said ok.I get home and my husband is furious as he shows me his order was for 49.99 a month with unlimited was already on there. When he went to the store to remove the phone he was told by her if he does it will remove his unlimited data. She lied again. We called customer service and they took it off.

I called into the store to exchange a wireless cable box that had stopped working. I called the store while I was enroute as I had a two year old in the car with me and wanted to expedite the process as much as possible. The representative I spoke with was Freddie. He quickly accessed my account over the phone, asked me for my vehicle description, and was at the door waiting for me when I pulled up and I didn’t have to even get out of the car. Great customer service and will ask for Freddie anytime in store going forward.

Before I even got out of my car Evan was out front, door open, and ready to assist. I was in and out in no time. Evan made sure my questions were answered and made sure the numbers matched. I’m sure everyone else is the same, but ask for him when you go in. I am completely satisfied.
Went today with someone else who was paying their bill. Hee was shocked to had received a 600 dollar bill for an apartment that he had moved out of 3 months or more ago.He got it straightened out though and all else went well. He kept the service at his new house and is pleased.
The stores are fine but their internet connection speed never seems to be as promised and chat or phone support are awful.
Staff was very helpful and guided me to a good broadband internet package. Also, did a great job following social distancing guidelines.

I don’t even use Cox anymore, I use BTC, but Cox uses my backyard for all of their internet connections. We’ve never had a problem before when a tech has came to set up new service for someone. Today they came, and as soon as they left, our internet was disconnected. I tried rebooting the router and it still wasn’t working. I figured the tech may have knocked a wire lose or something, so I called Cox, because our internet connection failed literally as soon as the tech had left our backyard. The person on the phone that answered told me they didn’t have any information since I wasn’t a customer and they couldn’t help me, so I needed to call BTC to get it fixed. So now I’m having BTC come out to fix the issue that Cox messed up. Your customer service is terrible.
Was greeted at the door as well as the door opened for me. Did my order over the phone and picked up equipment in person. Young lady was very polite and friendly. Got me taken care of in a timely fashion.
Surprised!!! We had been shopping around and were going to switch, but decided to walk in and see if there was anything better available since we were going to Costco anyway. Kyla gave us exactly what we had been shopping for at the price we wanted to pay, and she was able to answer every question we had. Tried calling the store and the complete voicemail was in Spanish. Since I only speak English, I could not tell which number to push for English! I love this store, Curt has always taken care of us. But, it’s hard to talk to him when I get cut off because I didn’t push the right button for English!!!

Went at the very end of the day, and was warmly welcomed and told where to go. I was taken care of in minutes and was out of there in less then 5 minutes. Roger, and the other 2 employees were so nice (even though I come in at 5:53pm and the close at 6pm) they were so understanding. Roger explained exactly what to do to fix my problem and got me what I needed. They did all this while socially distancing!!! Amazing! Thanks so much!

Absolutely the worst ISP in Oklahoma, overcharge and under deliver is all I have experienced for the past 3 years. Finally got a new provider and what a world of difference for HALF of what Cox had been charging me. BUYER BEWARE, RIP OFF ALERT!
Staff is friendly but I only use Cox services because they are the only provider in my area that offers the speed I need. As a whole I have had more issues than pleasant experiences with them.
The 104th & Memorial store was clean and had sanitizer bottles every few feet, plus 2 dispensers on each side of the door. All employees were wearing masks, social distancing and an associate made sure to open the door for all customers upon entering and exiting. Unfortunately, it was the call center who sent me there for something the store could not assist with but Zach and his crew were helpful and knowledgeable.
Walter was so nice!! Opened the door as I was walking up and greeted me! Needed to return an item and was out of there in 2 minutes.

I was upgrading to gigablast and the modem they sent wasnt working. Went to store and they replaced modem quickly with very friendly service. So I highly recommend the store and thank you to the staff for taking care of me.
The five stars are entirely for Zach. He is a rockstar. Answered my questions and clarified everything, got me set up and ready to go with confidence so fast I couldnt believe I had just signed up for a year of internet.I had spent 3 days researching, chats and calls trying to figure out how to get set up within my budget while addressing my concerns. I decided to go into the store because where I live I have no other choice. But based off of using their horrendousv salesy but unhelpful website if you care about the fine print. In fact they make it intentionally harder by not making links to policies and T&Cs inactive. They want you to go type them in.So Zack 5 stars. Cox impression so far 1, not 0 because they were smart enough to hire Zach.

I come here not just because Im a Cox customer, but because of the excellent care I receive. Kurt goes out of his way to ensure that all my problems are addressed and that Im aware of new features that might interest me of help me. It would be all to easy to disappear in the cogs of such a large company were it not for employees like Kurt who work very hard to prevent that from happening. He put together a package of internet access, cable television channels and a home security system at a very affordable price. Any time I need Cox assistance I go to this store with the confidence that Im going to walk out satisfied and have no further issues.
Usually when you walk into a service provider store, they just do the bare minimum. I had moved apartments couple of weeks ago and had some issue. In this store, Kurt Corbie fixed all my issues and took care of it with a smile. It was a breeze and I wish all my store visits are like this. I prefer doing everything online as possible, but this shows that brick and mortar stores can be a positive experience due to its people. Kudos.

Very poor experience with this store, do not recommend. Use Cox online first. Coxs call center personnel were far more helpful, listened, friendly and provided exactly what I requested after I ordered additional service online.The Cox Store personnel tried to trick me into buying additional services I did not want, even after I said I didnt want it. It was like going to the State Fair and dealing with Carnival Barkers or sleazy used Car Salesman.The Cox store on Memorial is a place I would avoid if possible.

Went in to get cable added back to wifi/cable plan... lady was nice however...was told have to pay 200 for install professionally bc modem changed in march and doesnt provide access but it does or have to add a phone to raise my bill 60 for 3 months... no way around it. Not happy being strong armed into a higher bill when i cant afford 200 a month for basic cable and wifi.
The employees are very knowledgeable, willing to help you save money, and patient with questions. Always a good experience when I go to the Cox store on Memorial. But when you call the basic Cox customer service line, well thats an entirely different story, and not a pleasant one! So that is why I go to the Cox store! 😂 Kurt was very friendly and helpful, as was Samir who helped me months ago.

Go meet your cable guy and grab some business cards for friends and family so they can share the benefit as well. Moving or setting up new services? Find the package that fits you best with the benefit of demonstrations of the newest technology in cable boxes, home security, smart home features, and more. Havent reviewed your account in a while? Have your local cable guy review your account with you to make sure your equipment is up to date and the package you signed up for initially is still the right package for you and your family. All of this with the added benefit of keeping it local. By visiting your local store your helping local tax paying employees put food on the tables of their families here in your city.

I went it to exchange my box as it wasn’t working even after resetting it multiple times. Was not expecting anything but an exchange and instead walked out with multiple discounts equaling almost $40 shaved off my monthly bill and new equipment. Thanks Prit!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a much faster internet service and newer equipment, and our bill was lowered about $40/month.Downside is I didnt know prior to upgrading to Contour that we wouldnt be able to stream HBO or Cinemax on our Prime video account thru our Contour device.Called Amazon today and was told HBO, Cinemax, and CBS All Access are restricted thru the Contour device. Easy fix by downloading the Prime app to our XBox. If we didnt have a game console, we would have had to purchase a Fire Stick or Chromecast, which would have been upsetting. I feel that if we already pay for Prime and the extra premium channels, we should be able to watch them without having to jump thru hoops or use additional equipment. Not Coxs or Primes fault, just would have been nice to know.

I had to ask Who am I speaking to? and got Zack....who are you? Much attitude from a minimum wage peon. Maybe he is forced to work here through some community service court punishment and just doesnt GAF.Im not sure what they actually do here. You cant exchange/swap equipment or schedule service appointments. These stores seem to exist simply to give AT&T/Dish people a place to touch a DVR and maybe setup new service. Maybe its good for deadbeats to pay their bills. This is likely why my bill is so high. Were all paying to keep up brick and mortar stores with glowing personalities like Zack. Lousy business model to be sure.Too bad AT&T is even worse than these guys otherwise Id not be paying for Zack to sit on Memorial and be a tool when people call.
The gentleman that helped me at the Cox store was helpful. The reason I say that is because I went in there to return their modem after I got a new one and the guy took it back, then helped me get my bill back to its normal price. For some reason Cox can get you on the bundle deals after so long and you end up having a 50 difference in bill. He prevented me from having to call Cox and saved me time. Great service. Thank you.
Staff was great. I exchanged my contour box, l vented, turn out l was eligible for some annual discounts (again). I still hate my new discounted monthly rate and the B.S. about how cox appreciates our long term relationship (my monthly rate).
I went in to turn in a cable box and an employee named Kurt was already at the door holding it open for me as I lugged my box out of my car. He was friendly and professional and even ended our brief interaction with a hand shake. I do not often go into the Cox store, but Kurt represents the exact type of employee I hope to find when I do. Great customer service!
Experience is horrible!! Called multiple times got hung up on. And when I did get someone I told her not to place me on hold again because they would place me on hold and then hang up on me. And while Im trying to explain my frustrations she rudely interrupted me and spoke over me. Gave me a number to call for installation and some random voice came over the phone saying they are closed for the day!! Why give someone a number you should know would be closed?!?
I was greeted with hello & good morning. Service was quick and easy, with turning in two receivers. When I was finished with my business, the customer service representative walked me to the front door and opened it for me. He wished me a pleasant day and thanked me for coming in.
Do not sign up with cox horrible service and they don’t help you I have been waiting for over a week to get service that I have already pay for technician after technician. Technician not showing. Them not listening or getting proper information. Go with AT&T cox needs to be shut down

Incredible staff! They opened the door for every customer, including us. While we were there, an elderly woman came in and wasn’t feeling well so they pulled a chair from the back for her and gave her water and a snack as they helped her with what she came in for. Awesome!

This Cox store has good friendly service. They do their best to open the door as you leave which is really nice! There is wheelchair accessible parking right in front of the store. This store is really clean, which I absolutely love. When paying the bill in-store, they dont charge you extra. They offer cable and internet and business internet! I personally use them for internet and have not had any problems or unexpected jacked up prices, my bill stays the same each month. Cox has a very good name and they do their upmost best to meet my needs.
Poor customer service. Been overpaying on my bill for several months. Can’t get an answer from anyone. They owe us several hundred dollars and thinking it might come down to me having to sue them. Called the store and corporate and nobody answers the phone. Wouldn’t refer anyone to them.
Only a month old when I visited, this store was clean and well ran, brimming with associates there, ready to help. Canceling services and returning hardware was handled quickly and easily. Knowledge and helpful, this location was great.

I would go to Solution store on Memorial before I would call...unless its a reset..which with my new equipment I hopefully wont need to reset it daily! I wish I could find my guys card...he has helped me every time I have come into the store. He promised no rise in the price and so far, so good!!

MIGHT JUST GO BACK TO AT&T, NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE THERE.
Why are new customers being given better deals than loyal customers?? Ive been a loyal customer for a year now and my internet went up to $89.99 a month.... after notifying the Loyalty Department I was told the only discount they could give me was $15 off /month(starting next month) and they would not be able to honor that deal. My previous internet company (SUDDENLINK) would always honor the deal when I complained about unfair pricing. I feel like I am being taken advantage of yet no one seems to care.
I always hate giving a negative review, but after having someone hang up on me, become verbally frustrated with me when I asked them to make sure that they had the right information (and I found out afterwards that even though I had given it to them multiple times, it was still incorrect), and then intentionally having someone else talk to me after I called back, after they had hung up on me, I’m not sure what else I can do but try to encourage people to beware.

Employees were very friendly, got in and out with my questions answered. Cox itself being a monopoly has insanely high prices but you have no one else that can compete with the speeds.
