If i could leave a zero star i would. We had cabinets we needed delivered to our buisness and not only were they never delivered to our company, they never called us to tell us that we were not going to receive them due to them breaking one of them. Then when we rescheduled the delivery to receive them, with one broke and all, they called on the rescheduled day to tell us they were pushing it to the next day due to the excuse that they didnt have enough lift gate trucks. We then decided to get them ourselves. When we arrived we were treated as if nothing was wrong and we were the ones in the wrong. They then loaded our cabinets into the truck that we personally brought with such speed and vigor that one almost fell off of the forklift. This is one review of possible more to come. We are currently moving 2 of the 7 pieces ourselves.. my best assumption is that they did not want to do there jobs.

Good place to work

The item I ordered was delivered to the freight company instead of my house to save on shipping. There was only 1 person there and he was busy so it took him a minute. But he was nice and loaded me up.

They took great care of my items I had delivered

They pick and choose the areas that they deliver to after they agree to deliver with the shipper. Also they agreed to deliver to my house then called back later and said they won’t do it and to contact the shipper. They are also rude.

Delivery was over 3 days late after we were told the shipment was out for delivery. We found out why when we unboxed the shipment as YRC had spent 3 days hiding the damage they inflicted to the equipment. Once the box was removed we found the original shipping skid had evidently been damaged beyond use so they tried to bolt it down to an old pallet. YRC denied our damage claim by mail and will not return phone calls or answer emails. We are instructing our suppliers not to ship anything to us via YRC.

Packaged showed up damaged, driver had me sign before he took it off truck. Called YRC and left multiple voicemails. No call backs. Would not trust this company.
