Bil was super friendly. The store was very organized and it wasn’t busy with any traffic. Masks are required and Bil has a mask on as well. In a great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend coming to the store and getting great customer service.

Between Amazon returns and shipping packagers to family across the country, I have only had great experiences with the staff at this location! They’re helpful, efficient, and they’re patient. Love this staff!

They promised our print order would be ready by 4:30 today and then 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up they called me and said they don’t have time to finish it today. AND they still have 2 hours before they close. I do not recommend using them for anything business or personal that may be time sensitive. The associate was very rude and unprofessional on the phone and didn’t care that he had put me in a bind.

I have used this store many times but ran into a problem with a damaged package - The employees were very helpful but couldnt do much thats when the Owner stepped in and helped me get everything taken care of -- Would highly recommend this store

Stopped by to drop off a package at 7:50. The girl that ran the place saw me waiting, but waited until 8:00 to unlock the door. I don’t think she wanted to be there. Not friendly at all.

I went there to return a pair of shoes to Amazon, and they were very professional and they were efficient. A pleasant experience overall.

I rate this UPS Store five stars. The women behind the counter always greets her customers as soon as they walk in, always has a smile on her face and she can get the job done! The young man behind the counter is so friendly and very helpful! I will recommend this business for shipping and printing needs!!

They provide everything you need to ship, copy, fax, and mail. There is plenty of parking, and I have always been treated wonderfully by the employees. When they are not busy I bring my dog with me to check the mail. The girls here are so friendly that it is the “funnest” part of his day!At one time they signified if the mail had arrived by posting a large red or green sign high on their window. You could see the sign as you drove by on Mingo Road and know instantly whether the mail was in. Then they switched to a smaller sign, which they post low in the window, visible only from up close. One day I told the owner how convenient I thought the old sign was. I figure he just shrugged it off, because he didnt say anything, and the old signs are no more.Overall, the service here is reliable and friendly.

I went to pick up an item that I had shipped to the store because I did not want to risk missing the delivery to my home. I have done this several times with FedEx for the same reasons. When I arrived to pick up my item the counter person told me there was a $5.00 charge (a fee like this should not be a last minute surprise). I was actually sort of shocked and I told the girl that I had never heard of that before nor was there any notice of this fee at the time I made the shipping arrangement when I purchased. She then told me that this franchise charges the $5.00 fee and each location is different! The FedEx at 101st and Elm in BA has never charged for this service. I will not be using this location again so when I need something held I will use FedEx. I understand making money. I also understand how to get a customer to come back into your place of business. I will not be using this location in the future. Enjoy your 5 bucks!

This is my favorite UPS store. They always seem to have several working there today and when they don’t, they do everything they can to help you quickly. Today there was only 1, a gentleman who was trying to help with a difficult situation that was not working out, he asked the other customer if it was all right if he helped me quickly “because he hated for people to wait”. Wow, just Wow

Usually little to no line, the employees are helpful and courteous. The shop is clean and well organized and can do copying as well as shipping. I love that at the holidays I can take packages and my cards to the same place for mailing and shipping.

Honestly if I could give this store a zero star I would. Kelsey the “manager” is the rudest most ignorant person you could have working in a store. Working in a customer service environment for the last 6+ years I have to say this was the worst example of customer service I’ve seen. Upon my arrival their was a customer asking to have something blown up and she wasn’t exactly sure what size and the lady was annoyed and rude when asking her what size, she then asked her to move over so I she could take my package I advised I need her to print a label her exact words were,” I figured “ we argued about the fact I had two items being shipped back in the same box going to the same company, I took one of the items out and asked her to get the label for the item still in the box she had already printed a label and I wasn’t sure which one was printed I tried to just have her print the correct one but she was being rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I stated that I didn’t like her attitude she then put my package back Infront of me with the useless shipping label and refused to ship my package which was for amazon (a huge customer) i then asked to speak with the manager she stated she was the manager, the only manager and the owner handed me her card and said call corporate walking away to the other person at the other side of the counter. I turned to that customer and told her I would complain too since she was being just as rude kelsey then starts laughing. All while the other customer service rep just stood their looking helpless. Corporate was called, she’s not the owner 😂 but wishes she is and her hire-ups were notified! I would not visit this ups store unless you are just in the mood for rude customer service and an argument. Hope ups knows how much business they can loose from a rude customer service rep I mean look at the other reviews

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is home to the single rudest, most unfriendly and condescending woman. I will be contacting the management and corporate systems to address how rudely myself and my boyfriend were treated. Ive worked retail for five years and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Shipped back merchandise through this store and the retailer got it back quicker for some reason. I will be using them from now on
