Extremely rude customer care support individual that was on the phone. As Im trying to coordinate delivery from my home to my business the individual was very rude very curt and very short. This individuals like her that give big names bad personas and names. I prefer USPS and/or UPS over FedEx cuz every single time I have issues with them with deliveries

We drove down and kept passing out freight deliver was quick and arrived in 1 piece

This was an easy to find facility and retrieve my shipment once I knew where to lookNot visible from the main road at all but completely clear once you get there and forklift driver and welcome area very friendly

Had an order that should have been delivered on Monday it’s Friday and I have to come pick it up! What did I just pay $200 for? Receptionist was rude and unwilling to help at all!!! We will never use Fedex here again!
