Horrible driver, didn’t have a mask was talking on the phone, damaged our product and scratched our driveway (the entire driveway)!!! He was rude and didn’t care at all.
The staff here is always so wonderful. It’s a shame they’re forced to work in the conditions they are. UPS knows they’re wrong for not replacing that building for their hard working employees.
I wouldnt ship with UPS Freight if you want your loads picked up or delivered on time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 3 loads in a row being skipped over and not picked up for multiple days my company will be taking their business to another carrier.
Wow, horrible lady answering the phone for scheduling(look in other reviews its an ongoing problem, probably someones wife that works there). Super emotional and cant hold a conversation with someone criticizing the job the company did and hangs up as soon as you ask for help with something one of the parties messed up on. Horrible attitude and when I tried to explain our situation she insisted she didnt have to listen to it and hung up. Apparently asking them to help fix a problem is disrespectful. They should try to hire some more mature folks to handle answering phones and scheduling. Total screw up of a delivery company, didnt even show up at the scheduled time.

Justin who works for UPS freight was SO helpful with us today at work. He helped us with a huge pallet and even discarded the pallet for us telling us to not worry and that he had it. He helped us discard of the cardboard too, like walked to the dumpster with us to discard... Super helpful and all about making customers happy :) Couldnt do it without him. THANK YOU!
I ordered an item on-line (approx. 100 lbs), after a month of it not showing up. I kept checking on-line for the status, but it remained in processing mode and did not give any details. I ended up calling the shipper, and they confirmed it had been shipped and they also confirmed that they had contacted UPS and UPS would be calling me to set up a delivery time. Apparently UPS had just been holding the package for a few weeks. Why UPS would not call the shipper is beyond me. Nevertheless, I had a vm on my phone this morning from Debra in Tulsa, OK UPS freight office stating that she didnt know if the address was a business or residence. I told her business and she argued with me! As if I dont know that the building I am sitting in, is an actual business that I work at everyday of the week, 8 to 5. After convincing her, that it was indeed a business address, she became extremely short and rude with me! IMO, UPS Freight in Tulsa needs to move cranky Debra to a position where she does not have to deal with the public. I was very put out by her snobbish and rude attitude. In addition, why would UPS just sit on a package and not contact the sender to ask for whatever information is needed to enable delivery.
They deliver my packages to the wrong house 90% of the time. Dispatcher called me to see if I “looked around the mailbox” when the delivery info plainly states “ left at front door”. When I started to explain to him that the service was less than acceptable he hung up on me and blocked incoming calls. Terrible service!!!!
Don’t answer their phones regularly and don’t pick up when they say they will.

This UPS freight facility in N Tulsa is efficient, friendly, & easy to access. We ship furniture & art USA-wide regularly, and other than the occasional terminal shutdown, it has served us well.

Horrible. Debra was rude and unaccomodating. Then when I requested to speak to a manager she hung up on me. I called her back and she did the same thing. Said she didnt have time for me.
Cant ever find my house...... Cant ever deliver on time.... Cant ever get a hold of customer service..... what kind of driver cant find a house.
