I will qualify this review with saying that this incident was the first time we tried to use BLOSS for an equipment rental.We had a job scheduled for this past weekend and called the Tuesday before to rent a piece of equipment to be picked up Friday. Everything was squared away and good to do. Friday, BLOSS called to say that the equipment would in fact, not be back this weekend. No explanation was given as to why, leaving us SCRAMBLING for hours to try and find this equipment elsewhere (as many places do not have this equipment piece available, especially day of).We will not be trying to use BLOSS again. It was a stressful first experience that we do not want to potentially repeat.

Beware! Bloss Equipment rentals charged twice, two separate amounts $196 and $204.23 for a $180 stump grinder rental. Jacob (the owner) continues to claim the $196 was a authorization hold only and refuses to correct the mistake. I have repeatedly explained that the money has been paid directly to his company and withdrawn from the account used to pay. He still refuses to resolve. Will edit review when/if this is resolved.

Ya dont waste your time if bloss has the equipment you need. From time to time I have to rent a 60 lift or a skidsteer. I have priced every other rental company in Tulsa and Bloss is hands down the cheapest.Now Im afraid what you heard was I priced a lot of other rental companies and what I said was I have priced EVERY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY in Tulsa.

I had a wonderful experience at Bloss. I was in need of a lawnmower, and never having purchased one, I was overwhelmed with options. The staff at Bloss was extremely pleasant and helpful, and took time to walk me through options involving different brands, and even discussed brands that they dont necessarily sell. It was a much more personal experience than I had received at big box stores, and Im glad I went with a smaller, local business. The operations of the mower were explained along with a demonstration of the features, not to mention the whole unit was already assembled and ready to go. The team at Bloss made this transaction both comfortable and informative, and I felt that I was personally taken care of from the moment I started researching until I left with the lawnmower. I would highly recommend if you are in need of lawn care equipment to consider going to Bloss, you wont be disappointed.

Bloss had the equipment I needed at a fair price. Equipment was in good working order and performed as expected. Be aware that some of the larger equipment that requires a trailer will also require trailer rental, if you dont have a trailer of your own. I was charged an additional $30/day for a tandem axle trailer.

I rented a 42 foot boom lift only to find out it was not quite long enough. Staff worked with me to get the right equipment and didnt charge me for the wasted day. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have purchased a zero turn from them in the past...great experience and always good service after the sale.Jack Bloss is a great guy and the staff are top notch. Highly recommend!!

Rented a Bobcat from them this past weekend. Good service, friendly, easy to work with, great rates. Will use them again for all of my equipment rental needs. They also have a really nice sales show room full off commercial grade lawn equipment. Definitely will be sure to consider them when time to buy a new mower, weed eater, chain saw etc.

DO NOT RENT. Drove 45 minutes to get here, then they wouldn’t rent to me because I don’t have an Oklahoma drivers license. My California license wasn’t good enough for them. What, is this 1960?? They weren’t too kind about it. Then they still charged my debit card without returning their charge.

Tried BOLSS for equipment Rental. Had a GREAT experience with the staff and ease of rental requirements. The best part of the experience was the friendliness of the staff. EVERYONE I spoke to was kind and courteous. I notices that they know their customers by name and made sure that no one walked through the doors without being greeted. I have had horrible experiences with men and women in this industry who were not courteous at all. So this was an unexpected pleasure. BIG UPS to BLOSS!!!

I have purchased about every type of equipment you could buy in the past; however, my last purchase of a Toro mower has changed my mind, permanently, about using this business. I purchased a self-propelled mower, which is obviously a lemon when it comes to the self-propelled working; that happens, no big deal. However, what I experienced in regards to service is why I will never return. I have had the self-propelled repaired four times in three years, actually I think it is five, but can only verify four. The last three times, I did not return that mowing season to have it repaired again and just pushed the self-propelled the mowing season. The last two times the self-propelled was repaired it did not last working ½ of mowing a very small front yard. I worked with the same service person the last three times I brought the mower in and our conversations were totally not acceptable. The employee was unconcerned and aloof with ailing customer service skills. Things escalated the last time I came in to, me asking to see the manager. I was told he was out. I reminded the service person that this was our third encounter where he had handled this issue. Believe me, I am memorable. He responded, I have so many people in here I dont remember this. I called a few minutes later to ask for the manager and the same person answered the phone. He put me on hold and never returned. Not to be dismayed I called back and got a different person who was working at the same service desk as the first person. When I asked for the manager, he put me on hold and left me hanging, never to return. I called a third time and got a third person behind the desk and he sent me to the manager I asked for and left me handing. This is the first time in a long time I have been played been played by a group of service people at a business. I eventually did talk to the manager that day, who was not out. Each time the mower was repaired they just replaced the belt to the mower and never found the source of the issue. I returned this final and last time to pick up my mower. The manager had left me a message to see him personally, but he was out that day. I picked up my mower and was waiting with anticipation to see if they had finally fixed the mower. When I picked it up the service person brought the mower out to me. I inquired, Can you tell me what exactly was done to fix the mower self-propelled function? His response, It is on the bottom of the order, you can read it. I persisted, What exactly was done. He replied, The belt was replaced. End of story. Except to confess, in 10 plus years of internet access and customer service reviews being applicable, this is my second to file anywhere.

This company has very poor customer service! We will no longer be doing business with Bloss due to their poor customer service.The trailers they rent with surge brakes do NOT work well at all and have ruined the brakes on two of my vehicles. It is very dangerous to pull 8 to 10,000 pounds with trailer brakes that hardly work.Had the brakes completely rebuilt on my 2003 Duramax in September from dealership and a month later I rented a mini excavator from bloss with the trailer it sat on, by the time I got to my job approximately 6 miles away the back brakes were smoking like crazy again.

At 2 1/2 yrs old my edger shaft seized. Had Bliss repair it. First time this year it siezed again. Neither time did the subject of Echos 5 year warranty come up. Bloss said the cost to repair this time (after one use from last year) was almost as much as a new one would cost so might consider just buying a new one. Said it was used hard / almost abused!!! If someone disabled with one leg using the edger for his own yard while in a wheelchair is abuse then maybe I should have bought a Stihl. At this point I think if Bloss was the only equipment dealer in OK Id go out of state.

The tires on there trailer are not made to hold that much weight for the lift atleast thats what the tire pro told me..tire exploded spend all day trying to fix it ..did not get my job done ...I spend about 500 on fixing there crapy trailer on wich I only got 120 back..dont rent from this place
