The 3 employees that helped us were AMAZING!!!?So helpful and knowledgeable! Was a great experience. Was nervous walking in as we have never rented any equipment before...... We will be going back thats for sure!!! If anyone is hesitate, I urge you to go here. Honest, helpful and courteous employees!!! Saturday mornings are CRAZY busy so be prepared for that!!!

We rented a post hole digger as well as a chipping hammer recently and honestly its a great company I love doing business with them they seem to always have what Im looking for in stock they allow me to reserve it without putting a deposit down they work with me as far as how long I need the equipment they give refunds if you bring the equipment back early theyre so helpful I love the way that they run their business its so friendly and I think anyone that goes in there to rent any type of equipment would be pleasantly surprised and enjoy the experience lovely place.

I’m not super experienced in home improvement, I’ve used these guys twice now to try some pet projects and they’ve not only given me great equipment but they do a great job teaching prior to sending me off and they have been flexible with me when say... I can’t pick up the air compressor they rented me on my own to load it back into my car and drop it off. Sent a guy over to give me a hand.Appreciate their help. Prices are great. Staff is friendly.I recommend for anyone in Tulsa.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of tools for rent. The parking area is a little small. I dont recomend going in there with a 32 foot gooseneck.

Let me begin by saying WOW!!!! This place has the kindest, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff I could have ever hoped for. I needed a floor sander and had never used one before. I needed to finish a DIY project with some red oak floors and I was referred to ABC by my grandfather who uses them for equipment for Flagpole installations. I had interactions with alot of the staff, who were all very pleasant and even firm when needed with others, but in a respectful way. I could sit and write a novel about my experiences with 2 occasions with ABC and there staff, but I can sum it up easily, best place to go PERIOD!

They always need more verifying. Not convenient for me.. I used to like this place in the past, just too much work for a simple carpet extraction machine rental..

Do Not Rent Here. Had a reservation to pick up on Friday 7/3 & drop off on Monday. After ABC had booked the reservation & sent a contract via email, they decided to close on Friday 7/3 without calling to let me know. Drove 50 min each way pulling a trailer to find out they were closed. Management is terrible as well. They sent me a text saying they have hundreds of customers and I must have slipped through the cracks. Very rude and poor management. Take your money and go somewhere else where you are a valued customer. And remember, they have hundreds of customers, so you wont matter to them.

We have rented several different pieces of equipment and tools from ABC over the years. Lawnmowers, paint sprayers, carpet dryers, etc. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent! The men and women who work there are friendly and respectful. They are in a very convenient location in Tulsa and have plenty of parking. The guys will load and unload the equipment from your vehicle and give you instructions on how to operate everything! Its always a great experience!

I’ve rented and purchased a wide range of equipment - from small to large - at ABC Rental since moving into my 80-year old home 7 years ago. I’m only a weekend warrior and usually have questions before each major project. Fortunately, awhile back I met Joe Sutton and the other staff of ABC, who are always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and equally important...very patient. In fact, they are truly my “go to” shop for most things. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

I cant give this place a high enough review! I have rented equipment from here multiple times and they have all been fantastic experiences. The employees are extremely nice, and go above and beyond to help you out if youre in a bind. As a first time home owner, I have a lot of questions and these guys are more than willing to give me advice. I will be using them for the foreseeable future for any equipment rental I have need of.

This morning I needed a lawnmower quick, because mine broke down and My wife and I were having company this afternoon! I arrived just before 8 am and was loaded up and driving away in under 10 minutes. I returned it 2 hours later and it only cost $15! The push mower worked great and the guys at ABC were super friendly. I will definitely go back next time I need to rent a tool or equipment!

Staff is very friendly. I needed a scaffold for home improvement. It was very high quality equipment and when I needed to keep it an extra day all I needed to do was call. The rental price was the cheapest in town. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They do their best to answer their calls and take priority to the customers standing in front of them, which I appreciate. Being a STIHL dealer set them apart from just their equipment rental. I have purchased many products from them over the years and rented just as many, and every transaction was pleasant and speedy. Joe, I particular, has been particularly helpful to me in procuring a great assortment of STIHL equipment over the years. Im a big fan of their products and their rental prices are great. I rented chairs and tables for an office lunch from ABC. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly and helped to get my order. I wasnt sure if I could fit all of the equipment in my car, but they assured they could get it to fit. When I drove down the alley to pick up the equipment, the guys were very careful in fitting everything in my car. I would recommend ABC Equipment Rental to anyone. Very good experience.

CAUTION: DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!Probably the worst management Ive seen… Ive only rented from this company 2 times… The exact same equipment both times. The first time they set me up with a trailer that held all of the equipment properly. It was a bobcat with a 12 inch auger. The auger is probably about upwards of 200 lbs...The first time they placed the auger in a large trailer with a section for miscellaneous supplies.This past time… They decided to give me a smaller trailer, to which I responded to the guys loading… Hey, last time you guys put that big auger in the trailer with the bobcat.I was trying to have them put it with the bobcat in the trailer instead they decided the only spot for it was in the back of my truck... (even though we were next to the proper trailers 5 feet away)The auger blade that they previously had put on the rental trailer… Dented my pick up truck pretty bad, even though I drove very carefully the 200 lb bit put large dents in my truck bed… Oh lets just say about 10 dents silver dollar size.I was really surprised that they were so unprofessional when loading, but way more surprised when the manager/owner whoever he is… Charles apologized, AND THEN BLAMED me for not having tie downs... I tried to point out last time they secured the big giant bit in the larger trailer that they provided me with and then I ASKED his guys to do the same proper set up that I was offered then.

I rented a tile saw to redo my bathroom. The staff, Wendell was really helpful. he showed me how to use the saw correctly. The job looked really great and we had a lot of tile leftover because we knew how to do it right the first time.

This place has a lot of equipment available to rent. I have never seen a tool rental place with so much availability. Prices seemed competitive but not cheap. Seem to be pretty strict on when things are turned back in. I needed scaffolding. Not only did they have the scaffolding I needed but the also had a few add on pieces to make it safer. This place appears go take safety very seriously.

I have only used ABC RENTAL once. called first to get knowledge of pricing and availability. Store appeared to be VERY busy... they were supplying a lot of customer demands. but they took care of me. loaded it for me. gave instruction .. Read some reviews from internet about ABC. wanted to add my 2 cents. I could see how if you were in a hurry youd think this successful business was ignoring you. But if you had a professional out look for another company doing good !!!!!! You would feel confident they know how to take care of you. NOT RELATED

Our business has rented here in the past, and although I wish we could say that all of the employees are great (there are a couple of nice guys) it seems as though many of them are rude and unprofessional... and if you ever have a problem, good luck bringing it to the attention of the bosses / managers... they have a ABC Can do no wrong attitude and that the customer is always wrong...

Super helpful staff willing to go that extra mile to make sure you are set up to get to work immediately. Went in to buy a Stihl weedeater as they are an authorized dealer and the model I wanted was not on the rack. The gentleman helping me went to the back and got me what I needed, explained the basic operation including the string winding, fueled me up and made sure the unit started. On my way in less than 10 mins and they even filed the warranty information for me. Super service and will be the only place I deal with regards to equipment rental and purchase.

Ive had to rent a sump pump on a couple of occasions. They always make sure it works and bag it up so my car doesnt get dirty. Super helpful and quick service!

I drove across town to rent a ladder. When I got there I was informed that I could not rent the ladder because I dont have a home phone only ( I only have a cell Phone). I also dont have a utility Bill because I pay my stuff on line. Stupid! These people need to step into the 21st century. I wasted my time on this business that is stuck in the stone ages. I ended up going to home depot and renting the same ladder for cheaper. I highly recommend going to home depot first and saving your time and money!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Im 51 years old and this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. My husband and I purchased a new Stihl quick start chain saw from them on 1/21/15. They started it the first time and put the first tank of gas/oil mixture in it. We even purchased the oil they recommended to extend our warranty from 1 year to 2. We used the chainsaw a couple days later and it was hard to start, but my husband finally got it going and it ran like a champ. Later that day it was even harder to start, but once it did ran great. The next day it simply would not start so we returned it to the store. My husband walked in the door with chainsaw on 1/26 after only using it twice, and before ANYONE even looked at it, the guy at the counter said you used the wrong gas. He took it outside and proceeded to tell us that we used ethanol gas and that it tore up the chain saw. We told him over and over that we had only used the tank they put in and the second tank was still in the chain saw. A crowd of employees started gathering. We kept trying to tell everyone about the hard start etc. NO one would listen. Finally they got the mechanic to come out. He looked at the chainsaw and when I say he looked at it, he only looked at it. Didnt take anything apart didnt even remove a screw. I honestly dont think he touched it. He said you didnt use the correct oil/gas mix and its not under warranty. He went on to say he could fix it but it wouldnt be cheap. I told them nope, not leaving anything with them and we would be taking it somewhere else. At this point there was about 6-8 employees gathered around and when I said I was taking the chainsaw most of them started laughing. It was unreal. We took the chainsaw to another dealer, told them what happened. The mechanic came out and asked us to explain what happened when we tried to use the chain saw. He took it in the back and came out in less than 10 minutes and said he thought the bearing went out and it was faulty from the factory. This place sent the chainsaw into the factory ( they had to make ABC enter our warranty info because they had not done that )..... Factory looked at it and agreed it was the bearing and we got a new chain saw. Basically ABC rental employees are unknowledgeable and rude. Treated us great when we were buying the product but were downright crooked when we brought it back. There are a lot of other companies out there. RUN FAR AWAY from ABC Rental.
