Walked in, no one home. all doors open. not a soul in sight. not at counter, not in lobby, not in offices, not in parts department. come to think of it, i probably could have cleaned everything out. not a soul in sight. felt kind of creepy. finally found someone in the back of the service department. he did a good job of discouraging me from renting from them... i went elsewhere and got a much better deal anyway, so... yay?

Rob is very knowledgeable in parts and has been here a long time. Knows what he is doing
